Super central in the heart of the CBD. A lovely room that was super quiet. We loved our stay there.

Location, room Parking! Be aware that they offer valet parking at 55CAD. If your opption is to park yourself, they don't offer you exact indications. Parking is a bit tricky- you must know the entrance, the floor and how to get back to the hotel. It was a nightmare- we waisted more than 30 minutes trying to solve this. Not all the details were given by the receptionists, including payment. For non- valet parking you have to pay/duration of stay, for valet parking is a fixed tariff. Make sure you ask all the questions before.

Good location. Nice clean room. Excellent staff. I left my earbuds behind in the room. The person that cleaned the room handed it over to the front desk who called me. Unfortunately due the poor reception in the section of Banff park that I was in at the time I did not see the call. Called back a few days later and was able to arrange to get them before going to the airport. Thanks to everyone involved. Nothing

The hotel was clean and in an excellent location.The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Would be more than happy to go there again. Nothing that I can think of.

The desk and lounge staff were superb and couldn't be more helpful. The room was spacious and well appointed and extremely comfortable. Being able to stream to the TV was an added bonus. I also used the fitness centre which too was amazing. All in all was amazing. We paid for valet parking and for some reason the valet attendant changed the settings in the car. Someone down there obviously hadn't seen the model of car we were driving before and decided to have a play It took us a nine minute stop to get it back to how we had it.
