Cambria Beach Lodge

Relaxing with attention to details boutique hotel- the location is perfect, the room clean, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed, we enjoyed the roof top lounge and the yummy coffee and treats in the morning.

It’s was more expensive than other places on Moonstone Beach but not worth the extra money. The rooms are old fashioned, the sink is outside the bathroom right next to the bed, the sheets are rough, TV and remote control are antiques. The staff is nice and place is clean but the room (8) was uncomfortable. Parking is difficult.

Cute place to stay right across from Moonstone Beach and boardwalk. Very clean. We enjoyed walking evening and early morning. Breakfast was nice but does not start until 7:30. Closest coffee place open early was on Main Street.

Beautiful, very clean cottages with beach access across the street. We would definitely stay there again!

The perfect stay in Cambria, right across the small road to the boardwalk and beaches. Lovely and helpful staff and free loaner bicycles.

Great room

Hotel is nice, the lady in the front desk was very nice and helpful, fyi parking is very tight for trucks also the door handle on room 11 doesn’t lock most of the the time so becareful just minor things that could make the stay better.. overall good place to stay..

Location was great and the complimentary breakfast was delicious

Cheyenne was so lovely when we checked in. She gave us dinner recommendations and the bottle of sparkling wine was a wonderful surprise.

Very nice, clean and staff was quick to help. Breakfast offered was great! They had different types of bread individually wrapped, oatmeal, boiled eggs, fruit and great coffee with different milks. BUT the room is small with no counter space in the restroom. No bed side tables either. Otherwise very nice!!

Loved everything, the hospitality and amenities, especially the location. Definitely recommending and coming back.

We had a lovely two night stay here and everything was perfect. The tiny touches and staff were so sweet. There were several options and they all looked similar. In the end I’m thrilled we chose the cutest spot on the beach. Such a great boutique hotel and can’t wait to visit again soon.

Our stay at this property simply couldn’t have been better! Perfectly clean, adorable, well-appointed rooms with amazing beds made our too-brief 2 night stop in Cambria a highlight. Everyone at the desk was super-helpful and engaging, providing great suggestions and tips about this stunning and unique part of the California coast.

Sweet simple hotel room, peaceful and quiet. Hotel employees are nice closed to Hearst Castle 10 minutes by car

Inspite of that, we had a wonderful time in Cambria.

Our stay at the Cambria Beach Lodge was truly delightful. The staff were welcoming, helpful, full of very useful information for our stay. They brought us a beautiful tea kettle tray full of teas and coffees. All the snacks were local. The breads at breakfast were fresh from a local bakery. So many small touches made our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!!
