Guess what!! They brought two chicken sandwiches with nacon again!!!! We spent $5000k for this trip which was waste of money!!!!!

I loved everything about the property, it was extremely clean and the staff was so friendly. Shoutout to Abbindab who served us at NOI every morning. He was the best. I loved the fact that resort wasn’t crowded, it felt like I owned the place. This place is truly a gem and I look forward to visiting again.

The food was amazing and the hotel smells clean the bathroom with the heated toilets everything was amazing the beds were 1000/1000 in comfort definitely stay here! It only has one restaurant on site

We had a wonderful experience at Musai in Cancun. The service throughout the resort was excellent, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The food was consistently delicious, beautifully presented, and offered plenty of variety. The butler service was another highlight—attentive, warm, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The only thing that took away from the “all‑inclusive” feel was that some food items weren’t actually included, which wasn’t always clear upfront. It would be helpful to know in advance which dishes come with an extra charge. Also, after every meal we had to sign for tips, which felt a bit repetitive. I personally prefer giving cash tips directly to the staff, so having that option more clearly supported would be great.

One of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever seen! This place is like a work of art from the architecture to the interior design, unless not mention that it has an art gallery, which makes you feel like you’re in the loop that’s next to a beautiful beach? I was celebrating my birthday and this property and the people at the hotel went above and beyond my expectations to deliver me a most memorable birthday celebration❤️ I think every property needs a more diversity in food availability? the in room options need to be broader ?

The view from the room was amazing, we woke up to see the sun rise and it was beautiful. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The beach was pretty beautiful. The staff were very kind, the WiFi worked well, the restaurants and the all-inclusive were awesome. The breakfast was incredible, we had it every day by the pool. The rooftop and the infinite pool are simply incredible, really nice view. The gym is really big and complete, not to mention the incredible view as well. Location is very convenient to go to the Isla Mujeres, which we did it. The building is brand new. There was a construction just close to our room, which some days was really noisy.

The Mousai was perfect in every way. The food across the partner resorts was fantastic, Jose the moxologist is incredible. The ambiance, rooms, pools are all 10/10. The staff went out of the way as well to make the special occasion perfect with champagne and chocolate. Ana at the rooftop bar at the garca Blanca was also so kind and attentive. All around incredible experience, highly recommended to feel cared for and like you are in the lap of luxury.

Everything! The resort offered so many options for all-inclusive dining. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our Concierge Jacqui was so helpful from helping book our dinners to going out on her own time to get my husband cigars.

We had the most incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and always there for anything we needed. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our entire stay. Even though we stayed in a basic room, it was anything but ordinary. We had a private hot tub Jacuzzi on the balcony and a huge deck with stunning ocean views—perfect for watching both the sunrise and sunset. Waking up and winding down to that view every day was something we’ll never forget. Now let’s talk about the food—wow. This was hands down the best food we’ve ever had at any resort in Cancun. Every meal was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and consistently excellent. We also dined at Garza Blanca a few times, and the food there was just as phenomenal. Between both, it was a foodie’s dream. This trip set a new standard for what a resort experience should be. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for world-class service, luxury touches, and unforgettable food. Five stars all the way! Perfect

Best all inclusive experience ever. Fantastic customer experience and amazing staff and attention to details. To refer to everybody. Nothing.

Cleanliness And cuisine Staff are short in number . Waiting long even for menus ! Some of the not trained but they are nice and friendly . No shower at roof top pool ! No body could take shower before or after Rooms are clean but almost no counter top Everywhere are glass , key pads of lighting and blinds are confusing . Trying to sell some property on their owns Asking to sign bills while you package is Allincusive . A bit expensive comparing the facilities
