This is out of control of the hotel but there was loud music coming from the lobby area during the early morning

Great interior, nice staff The room didn’t include a blanket, only a sheet. The shower was very bad, almost no water pressure.

I had two telephones and as soon as I went to my car the telephones disappeared from my room the place is scary

Nothing Location and building are awful, guests were too loud at all times , no hot water at night , avoid at all cost

The rooms were clean and the beds. Basic stay though. Cheap hotel. We could not see the room before booking it.

It was very noisy during one of the nights. It is next to a busy street. Someone was playing music possibly from somewhere outside of the hotel.

Location in centre of town rather than tourist area. Check-in seemed to be a bit involved/took some time.

This is not a hotel, but a motel, it very simple. It's honest to sleep for a night if you're passing through the city. There is no water to buy at the hotel and despite being informed that there would be a laundry next door that sells it, there was no water available either. I asked the receptionist at the laundry and she said that despite having an OXXO two blocks away, it is not safe to walk there at night. Even though it was after midnight when I went to sleep, there was music in the reception, the lights in the hallway were on, and the curtains didn't offer blackout. Hard to sleep.
