No luxury here... we're on basic..! Tv that dates from the early 1980s. unusable, no internet, no windows in the rooms, the AC makes a noise like an airplane blower, impossible to use

Very centrally located with no frills basic facilities and great value for money. I thought the A/C would not live to the expectations but it actually did great No big issues really, accommodation was as I was expecting it, as it was described in the page

The location is OK. About 20 min walk to the main bus station. The hotel lacks the basics such as hot water, air conditioning/fun, no wifii and only 1 channel in the tv.. children programme ! ! I mentioned that the wifii wasn't working and at the reception they told me that there was a fault and a technician was looking into it. Clearly they were lying as I didn't have the wifii for 4 days. I understand it' s an economic hotel but better to pay a bit more and get the basics!

size of rooms and comfortable bed hotel is really nothing special. I was not expecting anything given the price we paid, but this was below expectations. It is extremely basic and dirty, with old furniture. cables coming out of the wall. aircon cannot be controlled.

¿More broken or nonfunctioning attribrutes in the room. ¿Extra tumbleweed sized dust bunnies eould complimented the buildings look favourably. ¿More errant fecal staining would increase the ambiance. ¿IV sharps dispossal stations would be nice.

The location is great. I conistently had problems with the wifi, which was very weak. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom when I arrived.

Bathroom sink had no area for "stuff" and room was pretty starkly basic but not beyond what's expected for a one star hotel. Unfortunately AC in Room 302 was not capable of being adjusted, so temp did not drop much, though fan operated well.

Good location in downtown Cancun. Close to restaurants. No free breakfast.
