no elevator. should mention this in sales pitch. one family came with very heavy suitcases, was very shocked to hear from reception there was no elevator. imagine if a guest is handicapped.

That they could not move my dates to the day before so I had to cancel my reservation with them and rebook directly with them causing me to lose money. You guys from booking should have given me my money back because this all happened within a 20 minute period

Location and exterior decor excellent! Shower door was creaky. Air conditioner thermostat missing/not working. Hotel staff don't know and can't speak/ understand English.

It is not far from downtown/hotel area The AC did not have a remote control, and it was a broken box, so the AC was directly to the bed… we had to turn it off, and couldnt sleep, since it got too hot, no help was provided to take our 4 suitcases to our room, and there is no elevator

It was a horrible stay however cleanliness was fine. As shown on booking.com, there was no Wifi available. No water bottles were provided at all. Staff was extremely rude. I was supposed to pay MXN 2332 at the property but ended up paying MCN 3050. For breakfast no fruits were provided which is provided everywhere you go. Only eggs and bread were provided, no tea no water nothing. No socket near bed as stated on booking.com So many hidden charges were included.

The location was the best! The rooms are old, the towels and bedsheets weren't clean, they look gray/yellow instead of white, they only don't provide amenities everyday, there is no elevator and the rooms are upstairs.

Located very close to restaurants you could walk to. Clean room. Good price. WiFi is horrible. Internet service kept kicking me out and when it was working was extremely slow. I was very disappointed with that.
