nothing, left after 2 days out of nine. no hot water, shower nozzle spraying water all over, wifi only close to the office. this is a 1 star hotel. was promised a refund, never got one and booking.com was no help. Never again

It’s close to the airport My gold necklace was stolen. I left it in the room by accident and my husband called right away. Spoke with a woman at the front desk who said they found it. She took down our info and said it would be there for pickup. When my husband went to pick it up they lied and said no one found a necklace and no one had it.

Staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Good budget hotel. Little shop and restaurant near by. Beds were not very comfortable. Noisy at night.

Location was down a dark dead end street , lots of trash broken down cars, It did not feel safe at all Breakfast was ok Cereal, toast and a small fruit plate , coffee was good Staff tried to get us to pay for room after we had already paid

For a one day stay where no facilities are expected, this location is ok. Location is near Mercado 28. Room were not as per what is shown in the site. No hot water, no fridge or microwave, shower was leaking, flush was not working, no towels.

The WIFFI was not working at all! This is a HUGE deal when travelling and expecting to be able to use WIFFI. What made it worse is that they would not acknowledge the WIFFI didn't work in the rooms. The staff just kept saying there is WIFFI and you just have to keep trying.

One night stay before flight - nothing else Only Spanish speaking reception Take a shower is impossible, water is only leaking - there is no pressure

Terrace, some of the stuff was very friendly. There was lots of mold everywhere, which u could smell in the air. There is fotball table and bilard table but balls are not avaliable. Tv is in the room but there is not Internet connection. To use WiFi u need to go downstairs to the ground floor.

We needed to spend our first night in Cancún after the flight before starting to travel around and this hotel was great for that. It is close to the airport and it has parking. The staff was very nice and the room was very big and comfortable It would be nice to add some more options for breakfast but we are aware of how cheap it was, so we don't have any complains
