Although we only stayed for one night, we had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with a good selection of options. It was a great place to stay before continuing our trip. Nothing to complain about during our short stay.

Nice shared spaces, very kind and helpful staff. Super clean. Easy walk to places to eat. My room was above the reception area and there were many nighttime conversations. And there was a musty smell.

The staff was really helpful and courteous. They set me up with a tour to Chechen Itza and sent my clothes to get washed for a good price. The hotel is within walking distance of the Palapas Park, restaurants and bars. The property is clean, the room is comfortable plus they have decent WiFi and free movie channels. They also have a restaurant on site although I didn't try the food. My bedroom window didn't close completely so there was some noise coming from the street and the doors also have gaps. All I had to do is sleep with earplugs on.

The people, my room, location. My experience was very welcoming and great. It is clean. It is fresh.The staff were extremely helpful. They gave me directions to various places to eat and shop.

The bathroom could be updated, however, looking at all other aspects and cost factor it was fine.

Clean and breakfast on site I asked and was charged for a queen size bed and I got a double, not big difference of money but they guy on the front desk didn’t bother to say anything. Parking is limited.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel is located near the hotel zone, which was very convenient. The AC was on the opposite side of the bed, and the cold air hit me directly. the wind level was not adjustable.

Lovely room, with air con and fans. Very clean and tidy. Good storage. Nice terrace outside and tables to sit at. Good check in experience. Wasn't too easy to find but not a problem once we knew where it was.

I needed a place to stay due to an early morning flight from Cancun. This was about a 10 minute walk from the ADO station. It did the job. Fast food places nearby. It wouldn't be great to stay at for more than a night.
