Our room did not have a window and that was not very clear from the photos or listing. Would have likely booked something else had I known

Great location, close to bus station

Your room was clean and the bed was comfortable The hot water was not consistent. Sometimes you had some sometimes not also they have no closet so you can hang your clothes. This was my first hotel room with no closet never saw that before.

one of the walls next to bed was actually a glass wall to an always lit hall, covered with a shade - probably not for people requiring complete darkness (wasn't big issue for me, my gf woke up few times during the night) - then again probably quieter than rooms directly facing the street and maybe fainter light during day hours

Staff was very nice The insurance was way too pricey and the unit was showing some previous damage

The room smelled moldy. When we used the shower, water leaked under the walls & ran into the toilet room & by the bed. There was no window, so couldn’t get any fresh air. Was incredibly overpriced for what it was.

Maybe it could have a chair or two in the room.

The staff is super friendly and attentive. The rooms are really clean quiet, good hot water. The breakfast was wonderful too. Maybe a chair or two in the room to read or use laptop. Maybe pool area with table and chairs and could be better maintained

The hotel has an excellent location in the city center and very close to the hotel area. It is near all public transport points, restaurants, and tour departure points. Very clean and organized hotel, comfortable room, and excellent service staff.

The pool looks 100x nicer in photos than in person updated website photos would be nice. The room was perfect size ac worked, and it was really quiet. Central location to downtown. 2 blocks from the downtown night market and about 4 blocks from Ado bus station. Staff was friendly and spoke english. the hotel smelled like fresh pinalin or pinesol. Not in a bad way, the hotel just smelled like it was freshly cleaned. I was a solo woman traveler and felt safe. I stayed 2 nights and it was $103 usd. 100% worth it and I would recommend you stay here the photos of the pool on the website could be updated to show what the pool looks like today. Its a bit ran down, the website photos arent accurate. the website pics look like a new updated pool. in reality its a bit ran down.

I was not happy with the service at that restaurant and the hotel during breakfast. I requested over easy eggs and they told me they wouldn’t make it. I requested toes. It was served very cold with no butter I recommend not to eat in a poor quality place.

Got there, no coffee or even a kettle, asked for some hot water ..none,the surrounding is very sketchy pool just looking stagnant not even a pump on circulating water ang just unappealing

Elevator smelled horrible, receptionist was grumpy and did not communicate at all. Balcony was towards the hall way, so it shouldn't be sold as a extra service. Toilet didn't flush, the water in the shower didn't flow.
