The continental breakfast was very limited. Just coffee, very small amount of fruit and 2 pancakes. Nothing else.

The breakfast could be better

The location is great if you’re looking for night life! Friendly staff- let us put our luggage in early and was very accommodating when we asked about using a microwave we asked to use the microwave he gladly popped our popcorn for us. Clean facilities & they offer a decent breakfast. It can be noisy at night from the events across the street but that was not a huge problem for us we just put the fan noise on.

It was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The noise from the music outside in the park was a bit irritating after a long day of travel.

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout . We especially acknowledge Janet and Denise for their valuable advice on various matters. The included-breakfast was minimal , and insufficient in variety and quantity.

The location is great right by the Parque de las Palapas and with an OXXO next door. 10 minute walk from the ADO terminal, near the Chedraui, etc. Large room, futon bed seemed it would be comfortable enough, nice looking hotel. Oof. The stench in the room was almost unbearable. The bathroom smelled so bad we tried to air it out but to no avail and every time we opened the bathroom door it made the whole room smell even worse. I mean it was bad! Brown water ran out of the sink faucet. Only one of us dared shower and it was like getting pelted with needles. The AC sort of cooled the room down, not enough to get a decent sleep. The pool was out of service. I booked this hotel because I had a first-time downtown Cancun traveler with me and I wanted a little bit nicer place, but this hotel is way overpriced for what you get. Will never stay there again. We took an earlier bus just to get the heck out of there. We had an issue with our reservation not showing up in their system. We called our booking place and they had to contact the hotel to verify. Well the hotel has no phone. Go figure. LoL It was a mess from the start. Spend half the money elsewhere.

It was clean , helpful receptionists , area was good,small park with shopping centers for souvenir, food courts and concert area busy on Friday Saturday and Sunday, Price was little bit high for the hotel, Breakfast was ok not good , AC wasn’t working well, Hallways were hot, I saw a big dead cockroach in the room,

Little cool swimming pool that was ok. Central location near ADO bus station so good for the airport. WiFi was not working in room but reception helped me get WiFi downstairs. No cup in the room and not enough toilet paper.

Great location in town and near some street food spots! Had a little confusion trying to get in as there are two separate buildings and no clear entrance.

They cancelled our booking without telling us, and wanted to charge 6x what our original booking was. This property is very suspect. Do not book here, they will cancel your reservation and are under new management claiming they don’t get the money from booking.com

Nice staff and location

The location was very accessible and near to the bus terminal of downtown cancun, staff were accomodating, the room were clean with wifi and towels, At night it was noisy, some people were singing not sure of it inside the bar in the hotel proximity

The location one block from Palapas park is excellent. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable. Staff was available and helpful. Walls were sufficiently thick to block almost all noise from the events going on nearby. If you want to experience Cancun outside of the hotel zone this is a great place with good restaurants, coffee, and a grocery store close by. Shower head height was too short for my tall husband and son. The room felt squished. When the futon was open, the fridge was hard to access. But having 3 beds for my family was non-negotiable and the size of the room was accurate in the description.We wouldnt hesitate to stay again

Despite requests and messages, the facility did not issue an invoice for my company, which caused us to lose money. I do not recommend :(
