Great Location. Good price. The pool is nice. No fridge in the room. The staff is ok. Not really helpful, not very pleasant. The rooms are ok - light comes in early - cannot close the curtains completely. The shower and toilet is ok. Again nothing major - but if you are there for 3 nights, it adds up.

When I first got there my room didn't have a fridge cuz sometimes I like to make my own lunches but the stuff were very accommodating enough to couple of days found your fridge

Accessibility to local amenities and restaurants. Roommates didn’t respect the sleeping areas and normal sleep hours. Some people sleep at certain hours and want quiet rest. Also facility needs mosquito zappers and plants. Couldn’t get proper rest in door rooms exposed to mosquitoes.

Nothing except the location... I immediately booked another hotel and left. It has not been updated since I was there 20 years ago, room doors can easily be broken into, no room safe, hard beds, noisy A/C, Wi-Fi did not work, etc....had a bad feeling and went with my instincts.

Spacious and clean room with extra bed. Clean swimming pool. Good wifi. Good location close to the city centre. Early check-in not possible (not even 30 mins). No English speaking staff.

Good location, very close to the bus terminal The location was very noisy. Almost the whole night plays deafening music, so it was very hard to fall asleep

Bad smells and loud noises from bars next door. Also small flies in bathroom.

I would probably stay here again…please call an uber instead of using their taxi service, it’s much cheaper and safe. It’s a short walk from the ADO and it’s next to the a nice plaza. The Saturday night we were there it was very pleasant to go for food and live entertainment at the plaza. It’s a short walk from the ADO…it should be fine if you don’t mind walking a few blocks. I was charged more for my minor child even though I stated he was with us when reserving online.

good location in front of a nice plaza. I had a room on the third floor with small window. No light ever. There is a very noisy bar nearby until 2 or 3 am playing loud music. limited and not hot water in the shower. strong smell of old and humidity.

Very nice Staff, pleasant and very helpful. Very clean and tidy rooms and surroundings. Pool, lounge and pool area relaxing ambiance. Location of Hotel. .near park, convenient store and restaurants. Blocks away from Tulum Ave which is a main street to anywhere lots of buses, taxis and stores also 3 blocks from ADO. Less than 20 minutes by Cab to Airport.

Inside the room -No safe to storage your values, no kettle no coffee machine. No water bottles provided like other hotels. And they charge me extra for my 2yrs old baby. They demand 200 to 400 extra pesos per day. But I still did not get any extra bed or crib!!! So it's just a money grab. Hotel it is old needs renovation Too many indias in the lobby
