The staff is pretty good and accommodate your requests. The housekeeping also kept everything clean. Nothing was bad

Clean, modern and comfortable rooms, well located to the bus station and restaurants. Noise from the nearby bar on the Saturday night I stayed here.

Great location. Staff were very helpful. Good facilities. My room was right opposite to a club where i could hear loud music and people singing after midnight. I requested to change my room. Luckily, the staff agreed.

very noisy room!! very noisy room!!

The location was nice, in the middle of a busy local (not super touristy) area of Cancun and very close to the ADO bus station. We were able to walk to dinner and breakfast. We were just using it as a place to sleep after an evening arrival, prior to departing for elsewhere in the Yucatan. The parking lot (turn down the side street that the hotel is at the corner with and the entrance is on your right just after the hotel building) was big and secure. The elevator was broken. The AC could only stay on if you were in the room with your one and only key card, so you couldn't cool the room while out and return to a comfortable temperature. We were in a family room with two double beds, but they weren't very big doubles and there wasn't a lot of space around the beds. The light in the toilet was faulty.

Anything The toilet was small and dirty, the shower didn’t claw properly and the water came out to the room. The bed wasn’t clean. The staff was super rude. They didn’t have a toilet in the common areas

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the room was clean and modern, the food in the cafe was excellent and due it's proximity to transportation and other services, the location is convenient. We were well pleased ^_^ Nothing comes to mind.
-
Close to eating areas and ADO. Breakfast included.
-
Spotlessly clean, great location close to the ADO and cafes and restaurants, wonderful and kind staff. The shower didn’t get very hot and the toilet pipes kept making a sound every few minutes
-
The location Limited breakfast quantity and menu .

We were looking to stay in Cancun one night before our flight home. Hotel Luma exceeded our expectations! The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly. The included breakfast was tasty. It is close to the ADO bus station. Restaurants and a Chedraui were close by too. The elevator isn’t operating. The hotel advised us of this when we made our reservation. It wasn’t a problem for us to bring our bags up the stairs.

I like the room overall and it was nice quiet and clean and the staff was amazing I think they should have like a vegan or vegetarian option

Location very near ADO bus station was great. Neighborhood felt like "real" Cancún rather than touristy area on the beach. Nearby fairly easy and inexpensive public bus out to the beach. Nights were a bit loud as there is a bar behind hotel, but AC running helped to cover noise up. Staff very nice and helpful. Would recommend. Good value!.

Next door to nightclub, very noisy and struggled to sleep. Sheets on bed very thin.
