I liked everything totally satisfying. Great price, clean, great service

The closeness to the bus for the airport Because of the poor architecture design, the door to the bathroom needs to be closed to be able to use the toilet. The toilet tank took about 10 minutes to fill. The sink was sprouting water. The room did not have a microwave or refrigerator. The bed was not attached to the headboard, so the bed slid forward when I sat up right.

Good location. Big room. Drainage smell in the bathroom. Water all over the bathroom after the shower. Curtain in the shower. Button broken to turn off the fan so difficultt to find it. The safe does not work. No blanket, can be chilly during the night.

This is my second time staying at this hotel because it is well located to spend a night in cancun before a flight. It’s close to restaurants with good Mexican food. The lady at the reception was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very basic so I wouldn’t book it for longer stay. The water in the shower was not hot. I could not shower entirely because it was too cold for me.. The isolation from the windows is not good so you can hear everything in the street.

Location- 10 min walking distance to the ADO bus station, 5 min. to the Parque de las Palatas - many meal options in the evening, 3 min to the Chedraui supermarket, value for money, huge rooms, efficient A/C, accommodationg staff, I would stay here again sometimes problems with water, both hot and cold, if reported to the reception, it is fixed in no time, but still a bit of a hassle

location, close to ADO bus station -walking distance, huge rooms, strong A/C, pleasant staff, I have stayed here couple of times and would stay again, thank you nothing really

It is located bot in the typical tourist area. The Staff is very friendly andd helpful, and the room was clean. I didn’t like that there was no hot water ho shower with. Also ir seems to me right in the centre of a Party area which I was mot aware off. Jetleg saved my sleep.

it was like staying above a night club till 6 am VERY LOUD AND bed as hard as the concrete floors , no beer or drinks allowed in your room. it is nice to retire for beers in your room after a long day , they want to fine you $1500 mxn for having a beer,, we will not stay there or most kavia hotels in cancun that are becoming like this , nothing mentioned about no alcohol untill checked in and paid ,, then no option at all

Close to bus station, easy check in, friendly staff, good AC, big room, comfy beds Thin curtains so all the lights getting through, a bit loud from the main road

Close to restaurant

Great location for downtown Cancun. On a busy street so felt safe and 24hr reception. Room was spacious and clean. Would recommend if you want to explore downtown and walkable to the Ado bus station. Internal bathroom with no ventilation, got very stuffy and pipes or something started smelling.
