In room safe not functioning. The door chain security lock was broken.

Nothing to like about this hotel. Rooms next to night club, noise till 3am. AC does not work properly. No hot water.

Comfortable, clean, attractive room and pool, nice staff, cool location (something different from the hotel zone) with restaurants and markets nearby, nothing fancy but good deal for the cost! Shower water was cold

It was handy to many things The restaurant was not going, it was next to a party hostel so my room really felt the bass and it was loud, the pool was inaccessible at 6pm

Near to restaurants, ADO bus stop & not far from airport. Basic but clean & comfortable. Staff were helpful & friendly with our limited Spanish.

Internet was OK, better than similar hotels. Free drinking water on each floor and a jug + 2 glasses in the room. Quite clean, with daily maid service. No swimming pool, no city view, nightclub next door playing very loud music from 22 pm. to 3:30 am. No warm water in the bathroom. Better hotels nearby for same price or less.

Location only The shower was small. Always had to ask for toilet paper. Wifi doesnt work well. The fan didnt work

The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, reflecting excellent attention to cleanliness. Its central location was perfect, with key attractions just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Staff not very pleasant... You arrive late in the evening, tired, in a very dark street, off the main streets, they do not allow you to pay by credit card, you have to pay by Cash, they do not give you a receipt payment, speaks to you as if you were not a customer... There are so many hotels in Cancun at this price, you might as well choose another, this hotel should be avoided Staff not very pleasant, No credit card system... everything in Cash..!
