Wonderful owners/hosts, great, super cute and quaint place on the end of the hotel zone, away from all the busy craziness, beautiful clean room with an amazing view. Nicely kept grounds and pool. Just across the street from Playa tortuga and ultramar to do the 2 Island hopper. Greatly appreciated our stay, were devastated to leave, can't wait to come back. Nothing, everything was perfect❣️I would suggest maybe having a diffuser for us curly heads and maybe having a broom in the room to sweep up some of the sand

How clean and quiet it is

Very beautiful small size art hotel, peaceful, nice swimming pool embracing the sea. A nice Mexican beach across the street with small restaurant. Best location to avoid mass tourism a few miles away ! The faucet of the bathroom sink had water leaking out behind the sink so we couldn’t store anything on the sink as it would become soaked. The smell of the cleaning detergent is very strong. Could use soft organic products

Location to playa Tortugas, super close and the ferry as well. Pool has beautiful views as well. No good restaurants nearby

Being named something that it is not. It is not a hotel nor boutique. More of an air b&b.

This Family owned boutique Hotel really is spot on with their name & truly deserves their flowers!! Ive spent the most serene little vacation in this paradise. Everything was almost as perfect; the view especially from the rooftop??? BREATHTAKING. The pool was clean, the arts were incredible - it was done by an uncle who was the architect If I remember correctly. The lagoon view from my room was spotless. It was close to everything including Ooxo, money exchange shops & other amenities. I felt safe walking around the area even at nights. One of the things I loved the most is the Ferry to go to Isla Mujeres is right across the street. Normally every room is cleaned after 4 days of staying but surprisingly mines was after only 2 days so I really appreciated that!! The staff was so friendly & communication was quick with the host/owner Señor Noel. Speaking of him, he is an amazing human being, one of the nicest person on earth! He went above & beyond to make me feel welcome & at home. Thank you so much everybody for your hospitality, keep preserving this beautiful hotel. I’ll deff come back here again with a heartbeat!! None-everything was perfect

I wasn’t told until check in details were shared that visitors were not allowed. I had always intended to have family members come to visit during my stay and would have booked somewhere else if I had known. It was a bit of a hassle to get permission.

When we checked in the staff were kind enough to give us the better room by the pool on the bottom floor. Check in was smooth and the space was very comfortable. Also, with the rest of the hotel zone being so loud and crazy, this was nice and peaceful and a beautiful place to relax before heading home after a vacation. Very hard to cross the street without danger, to get to the other side where the Ferry is and buses usually pick up for tours. Hotel zone needs to repaint the Pedestrian walks immediately. Very dangerous.

The location on the bay was scenic and quiet. Nice pool. Great breakfast in the restaurant.

The Roof Top restaurant. None

Everything about the place is lovely

The pool area and the view out over the lagoon is incredible, we very much recommend the lagoon view room rather than the ocean view down the street. We loved the animals and the architecture of the hotel is incredible, a real labor of love. The rooftop is similarly a real highlight and the views are magnificent, they serve breakfast and then cocktails in the afternoon. The staff are super friendly and family who owns the hotel are very involved and helped us resolve any issues that we had. There isn't a bar area down by the pool so they come down and take an order a couple of times across the afternoon but it's not easy to get a drink. We also felt the architectural style of the exterior which we loved doesn't carry through to the interior of the rooms but perhaps that's being picky.

Everything, this is truly a gem. A diamond in the rough. Meaning it stands out in its surroundings. Thankful I was blessed to find and book such a beautiful, peaceful and unique place. The staff especially, Hannah, Noel and Patricia made us feel so welcomed and our stay extremely special. The art, decoration and design were unique. The layout and furnishings were perfect. We really enjoyed the infinite pool and the rooftop bar.
-
Quiet small hotel with a lovely view of the lagoon, especially from the roof top bar Not very close to restaurants, store or cash machines
-
Off the main road, cozy boutique feel, uber distance to central hotel zone in Cancun Stricter rules than a standard hotel but understandable. No where to hang dry swimsuits and towels.
-
Quiet place, very clean, hot water, easy access to to the beach. The staff very polite and friendly
-
Amazing people!! They are wonderful! Beautiful pool area and balcony eating area, excellent way to drink coffee in the morning and relax in the evening. Suite was clean and comfortable.
-
Loved the pool and the rooftop! Everything else

A hidden gem.

I loved the vibe and the style. The warm water was somewhat not reliably working. The lighting was very white and harsh like a hospital. They shuld invest in better lighting with warmer color
