Breakfast was catered to what liked and wanted. Host bent over backwards to accommodate me. Something to put my suitcase on, I felt uncomfortable putting it on a table.

Mariana's home is like a little heavenly haven. My room was really well furnished, bed really comfortable, cute little bathroom, airco works great and everything in the house was great. Felt so at home. The hosts are so kind always checking up on any needs and giving great suggestions and info about the city and what to do. The area is fantastic. Super safe gated street with guard at all times and easy to go pretty much anywhere.

Marianna helped us a lot with all practical things the first day of our trip through Mexico. Bathroom not inside the room, we did not find this a problem.

Conveniently located, away from touristic nuisances, close to supermarkets and convenience stores, not far from main roads. Very clean and well kept place.

It is a very nice place, you feel at home straight away. It is located in a residential area and there is security at the gate. The host is amazing, very friendly and always attentive and responsive. We only needed to stay for one night and leave the next early morning, so it was perfect for us, but for this reason maybe we didn’t have the chance to discover the surrounding area and we cannot say whether there are restaurants around or not. However, be aware that the neighbour’s dog is very loud at times. All in all it was great and Mariana is an amazing host, recommended! The toilet is a bit small for 2 people, but it is definitely doable!

All good. The apartment is very pretty and makes you feel at home. Safe area with private parking.

The best place in Cancun if you stay for a few days or only for 1 night (near the airport). It was our last night in Cancun and we went to the airport early in the morning. Mariana, the host, was very very nice. you can text her at any time on whatsapp if there are any questions and she drove us to the airport for a small amount. Everything was so easy going and the place is really safe and the house is sooo beautiful and clean. i definetly recommend if you visit cancun!

very comfortable and Mariana was very accommodating if you want to go anywhere, you’ll need to take a taxi or catch public transport. not very much in walking distance.

Communication with Mariana was great, the location was safe and there was a parking space. Breakfast was very simple
