Nada Hice una reserva y me presenté puntualmente en la recepción. Sin embargo, la persona que me atendió me informó que mi reserva no aparecía en el sistema. En lugar de solucionar el problema, me ofrecieron otra habitación a un precio diferente, el cual no acepté. A pesar de que estuve presente en el hotel, posteriormente realizaron un cargo a mi tarjeta de crédito alegando que no me había presentado (no-show). Lo más grave es que, hasta la fecha, no me han reembolsado el dinero ni han respondido a mis mensajes para resolver la situación. Mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante por la falta de organización, la atención al cliente y la ausencia de una solución oportuna.

Everything was on point no problems on my side. The breakfast variety was very limited.

We had 2 beds, nice and clean. Every day, the cleaning lady did a very good job. There is NO closet, so we were crowded with our clothing. Had to use our own suitcase for storage, etc. The bathroom was always clean as well. Excellent service in this area! We travel a lot as a COMPETITIVE TEAM nationally and around the world, and this time we were VERY DISAPPOINTED with the breakfast service. We asked if we could have our breakfast earlier, and the manager said NO. This is the 1st time this has happened to us. I would come downstairs every morning to have my own breakfast, which I always have, and I only needed the hot water. The breakfast area was ALWAYS FELTY. So embarrassing, this is what anyone walking in sees. The security guard is playing games on his phone, sitting by a computer, which is not his job to clean either, I guess, but come on, gross. Several times, there was no water, nor coffee. The trash cans were overflowing, just horrible. The clerks, as well as on their phones, can't clean either? It was just filthy from the previous day, very bad.

For a short/airport stay, great value! Room and bathroom were very comfortable. Great sheets, silent room. Breakfast was quite basic but that is to be expected

The location was great, excellent value for money. It was easy to find and very accessible, including for people with disabilities. The hotel has an elevator and thoughtful adjustments to accommodate different needs. It’s also conveniently located for tour pickups. The staff were kind enough to let us leave our backpacks at the hotel while we visited Isla Mujeres, which was very helpful. The sheets didn’t smell very clean, which was a bit disappointing. As for breakfast, I’d recommend considering other options. Personally, I could only eat a small portion of watermelon, which tasted not that fine, and the rest of the offerings weren’t very appealing. Honestly, it might be better to stop by an OXXO and grab something yourself.
