The location is good but very bad Wifi and the flush in the bathroom wasn't working properly. I complained but they couldn't do anything about it. I checked in late at night and there was no water in the hotel and they asked me to go to the supermarket next door, which was closed. There was no water in the hotel even if I wanted to pay for it

It was described as being clean and nice. The beds were uncomfortable. The staff was unhelpful. I was also promised to only pay for the first night and I had booked for three nights. The circumstances is that my husband was in the hospital in Cancun and it was. I needed a place to stay near the hospital. He got out of the hospital sooner than expected and we needed a bigger room with a bigger bed because of his heart issues. We also needed a refrigerator for his medicine. They could not accommodate us.

Breakfast was overpriced at $15 per person. But was decent food. The bed was very firm which is perfect; I cannot find a hotel bed that firm. No roaches or bed bugs. Thank you. Tiny room without refrigerator & micro wave oven. I want to pay for a larger room with these amenities. The door key cards seldom work even after they are reprogrammed. This has to do with the faulty door locks, not the card.
