Staff was fantastic! Helpful. Pleasant. Welcoming. Organized transportation and connections; managed language barriers with car services. Good size room for 1; Two people; tight floor space. Bags, suitcases on floor. 6 hangers. No drawers. Good stopover space. Booking listing notes : airport shuttle. Chose this hotel specificly for that reason. Incorrect. No airport shuttle. Added $50 to my stay to transport from hotel to airport. Very disappointed!!! Air-conditioning system was loud. Off, room was hot and stuffy; On, loud and couldn't sleep. Turned off for 2 hours to rest and then back on to cool the room and get up. Exhausted way to start the day.

Location was good for the thIngs I needed to do while I was there. I've stayed at this location before and it was a good value but the place is starting to show some age and some maintenance was needed to make it a great value.

the breakfast was very good, we had a large choice. The rooms and the building are always clean. the room is quite humid, we needed to always use the AC to remove it.

Hotel maintenance is almost zero. I worked for the hotel industry many years and this property really is run down. Not recommended at all, even though it's a Marriott affiliated

The A/C in the room was not working well and it was too noisy. It does not have a safe box.

the location good i paid for a twin room with two beds, but the receptionist gave me a queen room instead, which is cheaper. Additionally, the entire hotel smells very old, the room has an unpleasant smell (like pie), and it is very small

Horrible don’t stay It’s horrible it’s not like the photos it’s old and dirty for that price stay somewhere else I trust on city express before but I was so disappointed as soon I step into that horrible room needs maintenance
