Noise from a nearby night club in the night.

Location. They gave me 4 different keys to work my way around the hotel and the shopping mall. Too many keys.

The location was alright, but it is next to a night club so at night it gets loud. The rooom itself is also nice, you have coffeemaker, microwave and mini fridge, the shower is nice and the jacuzzi as well. The staff treats you well. They tried to charge me for things that wasn’t done by me. The cleaning department did a horrible job. Every day we had something missing, towels, floor mats, utensils etc. a towel got dirty with coffee and they wanted to charge me for it, but the reception sign says stains from blood, hair dye and something else I forgot, but not coffee, and also coffee does not stain.

La ubicación era excelente muy cerca de la zona hotelera y también del centro y del aeropuerto. El staff muy amable con nosotros. La habitación tenía unas vistas muy lindas con un jacuzzi excelente. Muy bien la Limpieza. La piscina estaba linda, pero parecía que faltaba mantenimiento.

The room. The view. The hot tub. Everything was as advertised. Downtown Cancun is boring. There isn't a walkable or historic center. The surounding area just felt like a giant strip mall. It was an hour bus ride away from the beach and most things that would be interesting to tourists.

The elevator got stuck with us in it for like 20 minutes there was no air and they couldn't get the doors open so they had to cut the top open and pull us through from the top it was a horrible and very frightening experience and I was thinking they should take something off the price of our stay here after that but they didn't i will not go back

Beautiful spot overlooking the Laguna and Carribean Sea…the Malecon is in front of the property snd was great to go to World Cup games there Security and staff is exceptional Connected to Mall América Parking for rental car was great

The staff were amazing everyone was nice & accommodating. I like that the mall is connected to the hotel with private access . The hotel is very out dated the furniture in the room was dirty and old . But we made the best out of it for our short stay .

Size of the 2 bedroom suite and 2 bathrooms. Nice that it had a washing machine. AC not working in one bedroom so was going to find us a different room but all 4 we looked at stunk like sewer or musty so we stayed where we were and the did get the AC fixed as I had had surgery and needed rest. THE Noise from down the street at the nightclub until 4 am!!!!!! It was horrible, I dreaded bedtime.
