The room had a great view and was confortable Breakfast wasnt good (only few options) and had a terrible experience with one of the employees (Nayeli who works in the front desk). I went downstairs to get the food I had bought and asked if I could borrow the cutlery (or if they had plastic ones) and for my surprise she said the hotel's policy is to sell it to customers. I was shocked and said there was no sense with that, and she kept her positioning and behaviour. I was lucky because I went to the cafeteria and other lady gave me the plastic cutlery I needed. Dont understand how this unprepared people can work at a place who basically deals wity customers. Vert bad experience and will never go back.

This is not even a 3 star hotel Location for my porpoise but not for Vacation time!

Nothing. I didn’t even stay. I had booked for March 14 then when I went to edit my stay it automatically switched to the 21. When I had arrived they did nothing to help me and said were full sorry and there is 0 refunds.

Many times the line at the front desk was long. Checking/checkout was incredibly inefficient. Staff was more focused on setting up time share tours than helping guests.

Clean, roomy, fine for a night or two. This is definitely a one or two nights stay if you have business in Cancun as the restaurant and pool were mediocre at best. The security also seemed difficult as the Uber driver had a hard time accessing the property.

I had stayed here three years ago for 9 nights.this time and the first time I had trouble checking in a hotel that I had already paid for.becsuse I didn’t have my marriage name on the passport.it was a big mess.had to fill out paperwork.then they called at 10:30 pm to come fill out paperwork for next day.told me I was vip and qualified for a 2pm check out.now today they locked me out again more paperwork and told me I have to find out tomorrow if o can get the vip.they are the most unprofessional front desk and especially say supervisor I have ever experienced The front desk staff

The staff is extremely friendly. Everybody is very accommodating, kind and loving. I was here for a medical procedure and I felt at home the entire time.

Very spacious and clean room and bathroom, with a beautiful view and a terrace—definitely worth it for the sunrise :). The location is great, close to Las Américas, and it’s easy to get around using InDrive or taxis. Access to a beach club with a shuttle is also a very nice bonus. Only one chair on the terrace for a double room, which is a bit surprising—though perhaps not many guests sit outside :). The approach to courtesy offers feels quite rigid. For example, with the Booking Genius benefit, a free coffee is included, but it is limited to an americano or tea—no latte—despite being the same price. I find this policy difficult to understand.
