Staff were very friendly and helpful. Truly appreciated the kindness and level of care we received during our stay. Food options were close by and delicious. Everything was great. Everything worked great. Staff was very on top of their job.

Excellent location No complaints

Quiet hotel near Plaza Las Americas mall, HUGE. Non beach front, mostly Mexican businessmen staying here. Oxxo store next door. Large pool and pool deck. Very clean and well equipped. Just the basics, but very good. Easy walk to many restaurants. Mexican, Thai, Brazil, and Italian plus mall fast food joints. Not a touristy feel at all but easy bus out to hotel zone if you want that. Very poor breakfast offered. No onsite bar or restaurant. No alcohol policy, but that keeps the noise down. Ave Bonampak is very busy. Request pool view room for quiet. Torre B quiet rooms. We were in # 102.

The cleanliness and the pool The coffee was abysmal

Very close to the Plaza las Americas. OXXO was right next door. Pool area was fantastic. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was cheap croissant rolls and coffee/juice. NO liquor allowed on the property... who does that?

No restaurant..

Everything is perfect

Staff was kind and tentative, hotel is in a great location, room was clean and updated as well as the rest of the hotel. Liked everything, but do wear earplugs as it is located in a central avenue, lots traffic noise.

The comfy bed, & very clean room. Not much choice of food for breakfast, mostly sugary dry cereal, no eggs or cheese or whole wheat bread. And no kettle to make tea (plus no tea bags in sight, as promised). And very far from the city's restaurants. Would have needed to take a bus.

I came for dental work and this hotel was right accross from my dental office. It is a budget hotel for sure when compared to other places I have stayed in Cancun but it was VERY clean and safe. My wife tried to bring a beer in (bought next door at the store) and security made her pour it out. We thought that was strange but we understand rules are rules and they have a no exception policy with alcohol of any kind.

Very clean and welcoming!

It is essential I could not sleep! Hotel is located close to a Disco / which is not saying in the offer ad ( which is clóset to the Hotel who pumped up music till 5 AM - windows were shaking!!). In addition the charged me 440 pesos more than original booking. Once I complainee. Worst experience i have had since I am gen 3. I would never recommend this Hotel if you want to rest

Rooms were nice They stole my money would refund my money back I left early how many for five days I will never book with them again I would never refer them again. I would never deal with them again. This was a very bad experience for me.

It was clean. Good for central location No mini fridge.

Great place I have to leave

The room was a good size for a one night stay. Free "breakfast" at the reception - not expecting too much, it was pretty basic pastries and coffee with some juices and cereals. The staff was pretty friendly and helpful when asked questions. Water pressure could be better in the shower.
