No key card to go up the different building levels, and the breakfast was very disappointing. Taking the luggage up the ramp was a bit challenging.

It was a perfect room and spotless, and the breakfast was a great mix of traditional dishes

The staff, water, decor, scent and overall impression arriving was very welcoming. The room was large, bed was comfortable and AC worked well. The "best burger in town" across the street (Marco told us about it) offered a FANTASTIC burger, and the 711 downstairs along with the bank makes for a super convenient airport hotel. The price was decent and the kind staff kept our luggage for our return on Friday 25. The toilet clogged upon the first real use. There was construction on the steps to the hotel when we entered (men were pleasant). There was renovation dust on my bathroom door so every time we opened or closed it we got sprinkled. Fortunately I had booked another hotel using my points so after a shower and a nap, we left for Canopy by Hilton. The view of the Ferris Wheel (along with a pool) was highly enjoyed for our first morning waking up in Cancun, as opposed to the view of the construction outside our window at Fairfield.

We loved the central location, proximity to a pick up point (Smart Cancun Hotel) for most excursions, and the availability of Uber for riding. We are vegetarians, so the availability of options in breakfast is quite limited. Also, some of the plates didn't seem to be cleaned too well.

It located near 7-eleven and ATM and main street. It is exactly convenient. You get to the 28 market on foot if you want. It is the better location if you join a one-day tour. You don't expect great views from your room or exciting locations like the seaside hotel areas.

Decent location to walk to nearby shops in downtown. Best thing was the INCREDIBLE vegan restaurant right across the road which did amazing food. Breakfast was okay. Everything was cold one morning and we were there around 8:00am. Second morning it was warm. Ordered room service our first night and everything was cold. Got a pizza and it was clearly just a frozen pizza. Wouldn’t recommend at all. One of the gentlemen on front desk was very friendly and helpful and was very happy to answer our questions and help. One of the ladies not so much. Everything seemed like it was too hard and she was just happy for other people to answer questions and do the work - just didn’t seem like she actually wanted to do her job at the front desk. Overall not a bad stay but not great either.

Comfortable and friendly staff Not walking distance from where the attractions are - beaches and boat ferry. You will pretty much uber/taxi to all tourist spot.
