I loved the friendly staff and the pool was amazing.

On the positive side, we didn’t have to pay any price difference, and the alternative hotel was all-inclusive, which was a nice upgrade. The situation was stressful after a long journey, and we had to rush to contact all of our tour operators ourselves to change our pickup location, which was inconvenient, and time consuming.

Nice lobby, pool and exceptional breakfast!! The bar tender and the staff very friendly ! Rooms very old, no outlets to charge phones nearby beds. No hot water, lamp didn’t work.

Hotel was nice in the common areas Our shower didn’t work. Tv wasn’t attached to the wall. Had to wait for maintenance to fix our shower. Asked for a different room, was told no.

Large room, comfortable bed, desk and lounge chair. Everything in good condition. Would stay again without question. Not much food choice. Would have liked to have youtube on the tv and refrigerator. But I liked the place.
