The breakfast was fabulous and the swimming pool / jacuzi very nice. The employees were helpful although they speak and understand primarily the spanish language. Also, we were pleasantly surprised to get a birthday cake & champagne free of charge from the hotel on the birthday of my wife?
-
Very expensive to add a second guess after the booking is made, even without changing room.

It was clean and the location was good The person in the reception was not talking in English I was charged a service fee that was not mentioned before I do the reservation. The toilet was broken. The fixed it at night but this was only temporarily because in the morning it was not flashing. My stay was for one night so no time to call for a fix again, I had to check out

All very good

Th rooms, facilities and pools We were close to an ice machine , a lot of noise every time it was used

This place is wonderful. Second time here in 3 months. The pool area is very large with several pool options from ankle deep to normal and then some. Tons of seating in the shade or the Sun or cabanas or jacuzzi tubs. It also has fountains into the water and a running water Arch all of which helps to drown out any outside ambient city noise etc. The cafe inside has some minimal options such as paninis one can eat in a pinch. The location is well situated for walking towards downtown Cancun or the Plaza Americas. Staff is very attentive and remembered me from a few months ago. The breakfast buffet is large and served late which is great for late risers. The gym area has minimal equipment ideal for a basic workout. There's much more to say but it's well priced for these amenities if one finds deals on this app or through the Oasis app. The room is wonderful. The closet is very spacious with a safe, lighting, even slippers and a bathrobe. The furniture is modern and wonderful and solid. The only major downside this time was that they closed down the night bar service which served bar food for those who don't want to leave the hotel forcing those of us to go out and eat locally. They also cut food service beyond drinks at the pool bar. So if one wants lunch or dinner they have to leave the hotel. No bueno. And the price seems to have gone up slightly over the last 3 months even with the reduction in food options. Bear in mind it's low/ shoulder season and they just reopened earlier this year after a remodel for most of 2025. So there are probably still some growing pains and kinks to work out from that reset. There should also be more food options and even the ability to purchase some amenities such as sunscreen or hats or sunglasses or even flip flops. The usual panoply of tourism needs. Finally there needs to be more space in the bathroom area to place personal belongings or hang clothing such as a bathing suit etc. Flt spaces are important. Especially if there are two people.

Front desk people not to friendly or helpful

Very good breakfast, good selection of fresh fruit, ham, sausages, local dishes, cereals, etc Room was ample and comfortable. Hotel is located close to restaurants and malls. Nice pool! Well equiped gym! For such a nice room, definetly the elevator needs improvement, dirty and slow. The hotel is next to a large avenue and there is some noise from cars in the room, nothing to bother but if you like a completely quiet place make sure you ask for a room towards the pool.
