The location was very good for us. We mostly had things to do in centro so it was good location for us. Everything was good.

The manager,Rebecca, was great The women, named Karen, at the restaurant checkin was rude, lazy and useless

Manager Rebecca was great. Nice bed. Good internet. Felt safe. The restaurant staff generally was below par. Often no corkscrew to open wine bottles at the restaurant. The ladies at restaurant refused at first to let me have a take out fajitas meal at dinner time. Lousey loud music at the pool.

It was clean The hotel has a strange smell throughout. Not sure if it is the cleaning agent they use. It smells like chlorine. The elevator is stuffy. Breakfast is ok.

Not in resort zone but close enough to take an uber to the beaches. We had some problems with our room initially. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Very much recommend the top, 5th floor, as the balcony was a super nice addition. Excellent restaurants a block away.

The location was very good. The facilities provided by the hotel were not good.

Big rooms, comfortable beds. Great cleaning staff! They made sure we had everything we needed, turned on the AC for us to return to a cool room, and everything was spotless. Reception was so and so.. some of the workers knew more English than others, but that was not the problem. Almost all of them were professional and knew how/tried to be helpful and get stuff done. However, one of them, which we saw quite a lot, was very clueless. She had a very hard time checking us in, and then didn't know how to rent us a beach towel, even tho we had already done it once the night before, then had a very hard time explaining directions, and checking us out as well... Overall, it felt like she was quite confused and didn't really know how to help in any and all areas... Other than that, we had a great time there and would consider returning

Hotel was situated in a great area. Not noisy but transport was easily accessible. Had a few food options for a quick pick me up. Nothing at all.

I was expecting more for what I paid, but it was not the case regarding the Beds, they were not comfy for my taste, the room was a little dark and some furniture are old and not in good shape. Related to the restaurant, the breakfast was included. The fruit, bread, yougurt, cereals were good, however the main buffet was a full disappointment, the taste of the different dishes was not good. Do not get me wrong, food was fresh but the buffet did not have the real mexican taste, scramble eggs were really bad, chilaquiles did not taste to real chilaquiles. Juice was not natural and fresh.
