Toilet water pressure not enough to flush even the smallest amount of toilet paper. Asked them to fix it on Day 1 of my stay and they did, but it worked no better. Ended up using McDonalds across the Mall on most all occasions.

It’s located in a commercial shopping mall and it’s very easy to get anywhere from here.

Rooms 501, plane basically ugly room, sink outside of bathroom by the bed, no smart tv, and the signal kept going off. Wall mount lamps functional but broken, the bottom of the mattress ripped and foam coming out of it. Most needed in room a small refrigerator did not exist. I had the magical view of the roof with a working crew out of my window. Will never stay there again.

The room was clean, everything worked perfectly, the shower was great. The hotel is right on the Plaza Las Américas shopping mall, with many restaurants and places to go.

At front desc not everyone speak English and all the TV channels are in Spanish,

Good Location, low price NO AC in elevators nor in the lobby... extremely hot. Bathroom was not properly cleaned.

I don’t have anything that I didn’t like other than requesting a menu from the restaurant and he brought me one that was greasy on the front . I chose not to dine because If he couldn’t get me a clean menu or wipe it off I felt like I shouldn’t be eating there
