Emporio Cancun is the only place I stay when traveling to Cancun. I have stayed here now four times and each time I find something else I love about it. We bought the breakfast option and their breakfast is always 10/10. The room has everything we need after spending the day at the pool or beach or coming back from an excursion. Now that they have the wristband keys, it does make it so much easier to always have keys available since they are on our wrists. The pools have something for everyone. They check-in process has always been Emporio's down fall. It takes way to long to check in. If they had about 3-4 more check in agents, that may make it smoother.

We loved the relaxing atmosphere—it was the perfect place to unwind. Upgrading to the ocean view was definitely worth it and made our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were great, and we had a wonderful experience! ?☀️ Someone walked into our room. Not sure why—maybe the rooms got mixed up during check-in? ?

The facility is very nice for families, close to the beach and with multiple pools. The food was exceptional and the staff was helpful and friendly. Everyone enjoyed our visit to Cancun at the Emporio Cancun - Buy All Inclusive Option Sargassum (that brownish seaweed that sometimes washes up) was heavy when we were there this July. That and rough water limited our ocean swimming experience, but there were times that we did spend in the ocean.

Excellent customer service. Clean rooms, food very good and a wide variety.

Location A/C did not work for 2 days had to move room, next room safety box needed new batteries, refrigerator not working, bathroom glass doors don’t stay close, access door to pool needed lot of muscle to open and close.

Pools, breakfast I was misled by the staff a few times - if the cleaning service is available on Sundays. Could not fix one of our cards for the door.

The ocean views were beautiful and were the best part of the resort. * The beach had very little sargassum/seaweed during our stay, which was a big plus. * The location was convenient, being about 15 minutes from the airport. * There was no resort fee or deposit, which was a nice surprise. * The Kids Club was the highlight of the stay. Ms. Fatima was amazing! She was kind, attentive, and wonderful with the children. She truly made the experience better. * The room service food was actually decent compared to the other food options at the resort. * There are convenient options nearby, including a Domino’s Pizza across the street and local stores if you need additional food choices. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel was very disappointing. * The hotel room smelled, and the headboard had visible mold on it, which was unacceptable. * The room was not cleaned properly during our stay. Housekeeping mainly fixed the beds, but the shower and toilet were not cleaned daily. * The sink in the bathroom would not drain properly. * The hotel needs major updates. There were peeling tiles throughout the pool areas, and the kids’ pool area with the slides especially needs renovations and upgrades. * The pool areas overall look outdated and need better maintenance. Food & Drinks * The food was the biggest disappointment. The quality was poor across the resort. * The breakfast options at CUA were the same every day with very little variety. * The restaurant food at CUA was far below average. * The food options were so limited that we saw guests going to the local convenience store for hot dogs. * Room service has a $17 service fee. * You need to specify if you want canned drinks or drinks poured into a cup when ordering. Other Things to Know * The resort uses reusable cups, so I recommend bringing your own reusable cup (such as a Stanley). You also have to request straws. * You need a towel key card to get pool/beach towels. If you do not return the key card, there is a $25 charge. * Beach massages are available, but guests should use their own judgment regarding those services.

Sometimes you could see the pool dirty. The beach showers one day were overflowing They fixed it the next day though. The room TV was not working for 2 days, but it was explained that they lost power due to a storm so we understood the issue

Excellemt attentive friendly staff. Jesus (Chucho)- awesome, calls you by name. Monse (bingo woman) encourages crowd with happy attitude. Feliciano- room attendant fast and good attitude. Adult pool area wifi connectivity low. Elwvators n hallways sometimes wet n slippery.

Charged me a price for 2 people when it was only me! Talked to them and said once I would get there they would do a discount! They didn’t want to do a discount cuz card was already “charged”. The room that I got barely had the view of the pool like in the pictures. I was the last room in the corner.

The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very polite and efficient. The main restaurant had no air conditioning and was enclosed by glass windows, making it incredibly hot. Both the staff and guests were sweating constantly. The food options were limited and of average quality, and the drinks were warm. Entertainment options were also extremely limited, with only one sports bar available. Overall, the resort was overpriced.

Daily room cleaning, the nightly event. It was quite hot when we visited and the AC is really not helping.
-
Clean A lot of construction and poor communication

Everything was Amazing, the location, the pools, the staff, the rooms, the food. The only thing is that when we got to the room, the AC wasn’t working and we had to wait for the technician to check it. Also the buffet areas too hot, they should put ac. But the rest was amazing
