The waiters/waitress, and cleaning personnel were very good and helpful. The rooms and building were clean. The receptionist/guest service attendants and reservation/office attendants were very vague, didn’t know much of anything, didn’t explain things well, didn’t provide upcoming activities or where to look for it, they were not susceptible to our concerns/issues/problems, they did not provide a good customer service. i paid extra for an ocean view room and got a room with partial view of the ocean because a huge palm tree was in the middle, i brought this to many personnel attention and nobody did or even try to do anything about it. At the time i reserved two rooms in Booking, i got extra USD100 per room in property credits but the hotel were giving us many excuses no to give us the credit, i have to argue a lot to get these credits, very unethical. The all inclusive is a lie, all restaurants menu have a list of items at charge, this list is bigger than the list of items included in the price paid.

I loved the willing service of those serving food and beverage onsite. And no one was very pushy about selling other services either. My room floor got a bit moist when I turned turned the AC down just a bit.

The staff in the property was amazing!!! Very kind and helpfully. When I arrived to hotel the main entrance was in repair its structure. When I saw this, I thought did a terrible decision, but then when I up to lobby floor was different.

The View of the beach from our king size bed outside while we were getting sun, having drinks, snacks and my wife’s foot massage. Wifi was not working.

The pool experience was great, especially with the king size bed facing the beach. My wife experienced her first foot massage while at pool side. Also, all restaurants were exceptional and all the staff were kind and courteous. We will definitely return next year. The WIFI would definitely need improvement. Also the bar would need a better Top Shelf Selection on Whiskey and Vodka.

We have been here 3 times prior and have never been disappointed. The 4th experience was the same. We would definitely go back again. The food was great and the service was even better. The waves on the beach were a bit too powerful to enjoy out time in the water (and that is due to the time of the year). The seaweed (surgass) was also an issue but it would change from day to day and there were open pockets that were clear. I will say that the water was not as clear as it was when we were there 2 years ago.

Elevators didn’t work. Pressure to attend a sales pitch.

Had a great time with everything. The food and drinks were exceptional. we ate at your Italian and Mexican restaurants for dinner. The breakfast buffets were great too. Spent all our time at the cabana's outside on the comfy king size beds getting food and drinks by the waiter staff. Also, the swimming pools were clean and beautiful. The only negative commentary I can recall was at check in the VIP Reservationist said that we were going to get a free bottle of tequila delivered to our room for free. That was never done and even when I brought it up their attention, they only made excuses as to why it was never delivered. What a disappointment.

Everyone is so friendly & welcoming, our room was perfect & clean. We keep coming back yearly because it honestly feels like home!

The food was amazing. The Brazilian Steakhouse and Italian Restaurant to note. Our room was great. Beach was a good size. Location is great if you are looking to go off the resort. Kid friendly but not too much so an adult couple can’t relax. Few pool activities. Live music at the lobby bar starts at 10:30. We will return with our 3 year old soon. They have a separate kids pool which is nice. The lunch restaurants open at different times, and kinda late in my opinion. 12-1PM. We were waking up at 6-7AM and after breakfast we wanted to hit the pool or beach. So it would’ve been nice to have something, but the buffet is open so we could go back in there, just something to note. Drinks are good but I never got a good buzz. They could use more alcohol.

The resort was great, but what made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive. It made our whole experience stand out from previous vacations. The resort is clean and has a very open, welcoming feel to it. The pothos vines hanging down from the walls with all of the water features in the middle of the "towers" added to the tropical vibes of the resort. The food was great. I had read some reviews saying how bad the food was, and honestly I was a little worried, but the food was delicious. My kids absolutely loved the market (buffet) and all of the food options. Brasa by the Sea had yummy meats and the Cevicheria by the pools was delicious. It was apparent the staff's efforts to make everyone enjoy their time at the resort. The Lobby Bar had fun evenings with live music, dancing and karaoke. Overall, a great experience. It's hard to write something negative, because it's not as if I didn't "like" it. It could use some improvements is more accurate. The kids club room gets VERY hot and can get uncomfortable. That would be my only recommendation, perhaps some improved AC in that area.
