Location!! It was wonderful; really just across the street from ADO The doors in the room look frail. The bathroom door also needed adjusting.

Location Recepción ladies were not friendly (long faces denoting excess of work I think)

Our room was exactly like on the picture. A lot of space and nicely arranged, however the facility is rather old and pretty used. For the price we paid it was still a great offer and we'd stay there again.

Location next to ADO terminal was convenient. Although clean, the room had a strong smell of mildew.

During my stay, the main pool had no water, and the kids’ pool was also not operational. The water was turned off and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the area. This situation was very disappointing, especially since the pool amenities were a key reason for my booking. I would appreciate your review of this matter and a resolution. I would like to report that there was no pool available for use until March 25th. I made my booking on March 19th, and at that time there was no notice or information indicating that the pool would be unavailable. The pillows were very lumpy. No hand towels.

Easy access from the central ADO bus station, literally 40 m walk. Very welcome. Two lovely pools Central courtyards with birds and many thin cats if you like cats, it’s a great place

Great location Bath door was see through

The interior gardens and pool are aesthetically beautiful. You would never know that the busy bus terminal is just across the street. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Sometimes the key was difficult to get to work in the door.

Breakfast was okay.. There was water leakage in the closet.

Across the street from the ADO bus station. Room was very quiet. Reception was helpful. Contact surfaces including sheets and bathroom seemed clean. Grounds nice with lots of plants, pool area and fun-looking kids play fountain. No hot water. Very run down, even for the somewhat reasonable price. Smelled of mold, dank, most fixtures broken and discolored, rust, flickering flourescent lighting, peeling paint, janky glass-doored bathroom ok but not very private, Poorly maintained and generally grim.

I ate breakfast — Americano —- wait staff was attentive and kept my coffee cup filled as I had asked — I had ridden the bus from Chatman the night before and was really tired and the wait staff at the restaurant fixed me up! I appreciated them very much. Nice people.

The convenience of the location for anyone taking a ADO bus cannot be underestimated. The staff is friendly and helpful. The air conditioning unit in the room was on and the room was really cold.Took over 24 hours for the room to be about 22° for comfort.

Location, spacious restaurant and pool area

Proximity to the ADO bus station The price is a little high for the age of the hotel. The lighting in the hallway could be better at night time The property met my expectations as we have stayed here before due to the location to the bus

The hotel is located right across from the ADO bus terminal, which was very convenient for us. We had a King bed which was very comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel served a good breakfast that was reasonably priced. The hotel receptionist could have been a bit more friendly.

ADO estacion Room electronic door card do not work properly , needs 4-6 tries trash bag missing 1or 2 towels would be nice
