The location is great and close to all necessary places, such as the bus station, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The staff is really attentive and usually gives you recommendations based on your preferences, as well as safety tips and advice about where to go and which way to use; I really appreciate that as a solo traveler. Sadly, my stay was super short, and I needed to have a good night's sleep, but I'll be back for a longer one. I wish the Wi-Fi had a better range across the whole property, so you could enjoy the installations more, and I think having a night staff is very important; unfortunately, I encountered not just bad roommates in my room, but the room beside mine was very loud most of the night after they arrived (talking very loud, slamming doors, partying in the room), and there was no one to talk to who could manage the situation without creating problems.

Location and staff are nice Kitchen was dirty

location was great for taking the ADO as it is right across the street. was very clean and had good amenities like a large tv to watch movies a work out area and pool More fridge space would be good

Right next to the ADO bus station, in the center of Cancun. Close to different restaurants and coffee shops. There is enough space on the rooftop to workout, do yoga, swim and sunbathe. Very pleasant. The room was pleasant too, and very spacious!! A little expensive for what it was, but overall, good price value. I was underwhelmed by the surroundings, but thanks to the rooftop and pool, I wasn't bored. It's forbidden to touch the AC, so it was quite cold in the room...

Absolutely everything! The location is perfect, there are a few 24/7 supermarkets nearby, some restaurants with local cuisine, a McDonald's, and, the most important, ADO bus terminal. You can get wherever you want across Mexico and to the Cancun airport for a fair price. All the hosts were extremely good and polite and friendly. Matias, what a guy! Very positive bro, positive energy, that's a vibe (and he loved my backpack too). You have a roof top with a pool, a kitchen with purified water. My room was very clean, and each bed had enough space to fit 2 or 3 people. The shower had hot water, A/C system was functioning too.

This hostel had great amenities, including a nice, spacious rooftop with a large pool and lots of common sitting areas. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi was mostly reliable throughout the property. My dorm room had a shower, toilet, and a sink that were all separate from each other, which helped avoid people having to wait on each other to use the facilities. The location was a 10/10 for me. The ADO station was right across the street, and Soriana was next to the hostel. There were also plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby—I couldn’t have asked for a better location. It would have been nicer if the curtain fully covered the length of the bed to improve privacy.

The staff, the terrace, the pool, the workout spot, the hammocks, the bed privacy and the kitchen. Excellent The mattress was a little soft to me

Very rude employees, in particular the one working working in the morning.

Great costumer service!
-
Location is close to Ado bus station, R1/R2 bus to Hotel zone, van to Playa del Carmen, right next to Soriana supermarket, restaurants and everything you need! Staff are friendly and bigger rooms
-
The price is very good for Cancun and well located Curtains of the room is too short I let the light enter to the bed.

Internet is good, close to the supermarkets and restaurants. In front of the hostel there is a shuttle for Holbox. And public transportation is also there. The staffs were nice. They speak English. In the room you feel like dying. Because of humid. You don’t have a control over AC. The kitchen was terrible. It is messy and there is no much tools. Just 2-3 cups to drink something. Check-in time is 14:00. I was there around 12:30. I asked for check-in if there is an available bed. They said no. I was so tired. I had to wait till 14:00. After i went to the room, i saw at least 5 beds were available. And the hostel was never full. Always there are some available beds. We are your guests. Travelers cannot control arrival time. You need to help people. And they want deposit when you do check-in. :((

Clean amenities on the rooftop. just a feedback to check the curtains rod and curtains for each bed are intact and available before checking in a guest for that bed. I observed mine didn’t have it and I had to borrow it from an empty bed. Also, more hanging hooks can be provided to ensure each guest in a room gets at least one to utilize. I noticed my room with 8 bed occupancy had only 4-5 hooks.

The location of the property was beautiful. The WiFi was absolutely pathetic. There is no excuse nowadays for a hotel to have this bad of WiFi. For a very minimal investment this hotel could offer blazing WiFi such as starlink. Instead the WiFi is basically non-existent.

1. Very humid room. Sheet was wet since I check in and it didn't dry until I checkout 2 days later. I couldn't sleep at night. 2. Bedbugs

Excellent location next to the ADO terminal. Private room had a comfortable bed.

Clean, cheap, and very conveniently located. Seedy, intrusive (to the point of ACCOSTING) long-time guests (one asked me borrow MONEY), blatant, constant, open drug use in the common/pool areas the whole day and until it’s shut down nightly, and a place that is overall completely shady in their policies and procedures. THE SHEETS/PILLLOW COVERS WERE UNCHANGED FROM THE PREVIOUS GUEST. When I requested to be relocated (again, with previous room having a sewer-like smell) and taking advantage of the fact that my night extension was a fully new reservation, they (I’m not even kidding, more specifically the Cuban lady with curly hair) said “she would have to check, as that would entail AN EXTRA LAUNDRY”. The sheets were UNWASHED AND UNCHANGES TO BEGIN WITH. Shame on me for not having said anything, as I felt embarrassed at another request after the sewer smell change request. I tried to take it in stride. BUT, the ICING ON THE CAKE: (And the last straw, and the reason for this review): They refused to give me back my Euro (cash) “security deposit” as I left late at night and no one advised me they it wouldn’t be given back because “security must’ve not known who I was” (and because the check-in lady (a Cuban member of staff)failed to mention it could’ve been put on my credit card to avoid this problem, which in retrospect seems, at best, negligent). They kept my money, even though I asked to kindly transfer it to me, deposit it to me (LOCALLY, and being shocked that even THAT they refused) as they did to give it back in any way (except someone “picking it up”). A blatant attempt to just KEEP THE MONEY. (As one will not bend over backwards when having left the country). Incredible. They just told me that after a week it would be FORFEITED (“because of their procedures”, even though “each deposit is kept very safe”, as they manetioned at check-in). Safe meaning inside a ziploc bag, mind you. Icing on the cake, they suggested I could “leave it as a tip”. THAT was (unsurprisingly) no problem.

Location It was a rough crowd especially for a solo female. The men on the rooftop made me uncomfortable the second I walked to the rooftop which I had to do because I was so thirsty. The water in the lobby was empty which isn’t great after just traveling and most likely having been with luggage in the heat. No towels included. “Privacy curtains” only cover half the bed so useless. I had to use to paper travel towels to cover my bed. Also there were no outlets or lights in the bed. The rooftop does not look like the pictures. It’s run down and the fridge is tiny and extremely gross. There are so many hostels within walking distance for the same price with all the amenities and comforts that weren’t provided here. I have been living in hostels all over Mexico for 20 years and this is the first time I’ve ever wrote a negative review. I just want future travelers to enjoy their vacation! Most people don’t get many any they deserve better. (I mentioned all this to the staff immediately. They didn’t care I felt uncomfortable there after telling them 4 hours before check in. They would not refund me) I hope they make some upgrades.
