Nomads hostel was a cool place to stay during the world cup, the facilities are great, and is a cool place to meet new people Maybe more umbrellas in the pool, the sun in there is super intense in cancun, and maybe some ventilators in the pool area

Me gusto mucho el lugar en si tiene vibes de hogar con buena musica ; acceso à la piscina , bar y comida , cocina ,ofrecen actividades para hacer todos los Dias , así mismo conoces nuevas personas todos los Dias y para mi funciono que quedara a 15 minutos de las playas por qué me hizo aprender a moverme y conocer como turista y a usar el bus en bus y no siempre taxi. Staff son muy queridos Hay buena Limpieza ; pero puede haber mejor comunicacion entre el staff cuando se requiere algo puntual de la Limpieza

The staff were exceptional, always had excellent recommendations, the facility was new and clean and the AC was great The location is more local and less touristy which has its advantages and disadvantages. It's much cheaper but far from the beach.

Easy access to ADO bus terminal which is also near the Airport perfect for a solo traveler like me from Canada. Convenience at its best❤️? Nothing staff are all amazing too.

close to everything the kitchen area was locked up at 11pm. wasnt unlocked until 7 am. cant access food or your drinks at night. had to ask front desk to open, when all you needed was a drink of milk in middle of night or something. not sure why it was locked up??

Cozy bunk beds with curtains and the room had AC. Close to the ADO bus station.

The pool was nice, beds were clean and comfortable, there are plenty of spaces to hang out at the hostel

Comfortable dorm. Beds are divided by wooden walls and curtains. shower could be upgraded and shower head cleaned for better water pressure, but it was ok

Price doe private room was pretty expensive, but we booked late so probably our own fault!

The real highlight was the staff that helped with the tours and activities each day. Carlos and Rebecca specifically. These activities, and how friendly they are, made this place so good that I am going back before flying out of cancun. Thank you!

I had previously booked a hostel in another city, and the experience was so disappointing that I couldn’t even stay the night. So naturally, I arrived with hesitation. But The Nomad Experience didn’t just change my mind — it completely restored my faith in what a hostel can be. From the moment I walked in, the energy felt welcoming, organized, and genuinely accommodating. There’s something special about this place — it feels safe, vibrant, and intentionally run. You can tell it’s managed with care and pride. The staff is what truly elevates this place. Ale, Carlos, Brit, Clark, and Oskar went above and beyond in every way. They weren’t just helpful — they were attentive, proactive, warm, and professional. Every interaction felt personal. It’s rare to see a team that works together so smoothly while still making each guest feel individually valued. And I absolutely must recognize Blanka, the housekeeper. The cleanliness was impeccable. Everything felt fresh, organized, and cared for. Her attention to detail and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Now let’s talk about the rooftop — because that deserves its own applause. The rooftop bar is incredible. The atmosphere feels like a boutique resort in the sky. The pool, the lighting, the vibe — and that stunning view of Cancún — it creates an experience you simply don’t expect from a hostel. Watching the city from above with a drink in hand felt luxurious and relaxed at the same time. The rooftop staff were fantastic — friendly, attentive, and energetic without being overwhelming. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind during the day and enjoy a vibrant social scene at night. As someone who was skeptical about hostels, this place didn’t just meet the standard — it set a new one. Clean, safe, welcoming, and full of life. This wasn’t just accommodation. It was an experien i didnt like that i had to leave
