The room was spacious and the Service was Great.

Pool was small

we had a booking with this hotel and arrived late at night to get a peaceful night of rest and the AC did not work in one if the 2 rooms we booked and the room was incredibly hot to the point that we had to find a different hotel for the 2 infants and their mother. AC broken. like a hot sauna.

Nothing Everything Staff isn’t helpful hotel is moldy & dirty no fridge & wifi sucks

Everything was good. The room was comfy, showers were nice, and the air conditioning worked well. There were some marks from previous furniture and on the curtains, but that's just a small detail. I'd recommend staying here if you want a budget option, it's really close to the ADO terminal in Cancún and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The only downside was some marks from previous furniture on the walls and stains on the curtains, but nothing major.

Woke up with bug bites and itchy skin definitely could do with brand new linen
-
Convenient location close to ADO station I really enjoyed the pool. They did keep the grounds clean every day and the restaurant next-door is excellent.

The pool was actually well taken care of and enjoyable temperature. Nice little patio. All the personnel are nice. Cool little underrated restaurant attached great breakfast great dinner. Short walk to a ADO bus line. It was fine, perfect for my needs and well priced. •Watch that toilet though when you flush it the handle jiggles; jiggle it back up so it doesn’t leak outside the backside. Flush handle probably needs fixed and tightened up. Hot water is questionable at certain times but still tolerable. I figured it out fast lol

I think it was ridiculous to pay for an extra guess and they have other rules and fees that were annoying

Location Poor amnesties

YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING OR HAVE LIQUOR IN YOUR ROOM..... IN THE RESTAURANT, THE WAITRESS WAS RUDE.... AND NEEDLES TO SAY IT WAS A NO-BRAINER WE WALKED OUT AND WENT ELSEWHERE.....WHAT A SHAME.

pool was small and uninviting

Excellent stay Nothing

The room was spacious Very outdated, only had a sheet on the bed had to go to receptionist to ask for a thicker blanket, toilet is horrible you have to flush the toilet multiple times just so the water can go down, pool very small did not use it maybe can hold about 8 people and that’s a tight swim.

Location is good The hotel wanted charge me money for giving me some boiled water
-
Convenient location, close to the bus station and public transportation. Restaurant on site.
-
Close to the ADO bus station and Soriana supermarket. Big comfortable room. Small pool. Restaurant with breakfast on site. Older furnishings. They have hot water from 7 pm, which is little bit uncomfortable, if you come from the beach in the afternoon.
-
The hotel was nice. The room was nice and also was cleaned. The shower. Water was not slow and then the air-conditioning was very noisy but making a lot of noise.

Great staff, clean rooms, delicious chilaquiles and fruit in the restaurant. Great value for the price, we would stay there again. The sound carries from the hall into the rooms so we could hear people talking loudly as we were trying to sleep. Our rooms didn’t have blankets which would have been nice as the AC is quite chilly. But we didn’t ask the front desk, they may well have them! Regardless we would definitely stay again.
