The pool belongs to a sushi restaurant, in front of the rooms there is a construction work at the moment, so you only can sit in the cafe inside the area. The room is clean but the bathroom is really used... No place to sit outside because of construction work... And i had to pay extra 20 bugs at check in ... (Tax)

It’s was so much more beautiful in person ! The staff was lovely , everyone was SOO Nice and helpful. I felt so welcome. Also the area is very safe and tourist friendly. My room was AMAZING!! The food on site was amazing ! Amazingggggg Nothing I particularly. Just know this is about 30 minutes from the airport and is downtown. So getting a taxi from the airport will Be pricey. It’s best to book with the hotel 48 hrs in advance to pay a decent fair price. Airport will charge almost $100

The room was amazing, the shower was amazing, bed so comfy. So nice to have bar and restaurant on site! Pool is exactly as you see in photos. Nothing. It was exceptional.

We had a delicious lunch and cocktails. The pool area was really beautiful and quite charming. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Nice layout, design, and garden. Quiet. Did not like breakfast service or beverages.
-
Huge property with many amenities, restaurants and pool. A lot of greenery. The staff was very nice, including Bianca, who was volunteering, and the waiters at The Compadres restaurant. Beds were a little too firm for our taste.

The smell in the bathroom was terrible. It smelt like sewer.

This property was transformed from a hostel to a hotel and generally this was done okay but some aspects of the hostel environment remain. The hotel pool is really just a shallow pond within a nice courtyard. The courtyard walls impede the sunshine for a lot of the day. TV in the room did not work properly. Coffee pods had to be purchased at the front desk.

The structure itself is really cute (restaurant, bar, and lobby) Humid, small, basically a room carved out of a cave. It's a Hostel, so I don't understand why it would be called Hotel Mezcal instead of Hostel Mezcal. Very noisy during the night, and with very little insulation so the noises go on until night and start again very soon by the staffers.

I loved how chill and social the atmosphere was, it was easy to meet other travelers but still relax when I wanted to N/A

Great location close to the main bus station. Good facilities and great breakfast. There was a light in the corridor that stayed on the full night and which we could not shade in our room. Luckily we were so tired it did not hinder our sleep greatly.

Very nice place to stay with friendly staff, clean rooms and restaurant with delicious dinner and breakfast. It's in a quiet and safe location with groceries and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place to stay in Cancun if you are looking for something outside hotelera zone. The water pressure could be better.

We got a private room and we loved the aesthetics of it. The room was quite big and comfortable and everything was quite proper. The price was really good as well. We did the bike tour with Carlos and it was a very light ride and the view at the bridge was very beautiful along with all the nice stories that Carlos shared with us about how Cancun came to be. We also wanna thank Charyl or receptionist for always being helpful. The yoga class could be a little more difficult as it was at a very beginner level. Also doing it at the rooftop is kinda a killer cause of the sun.

The room had everything we needed for one night. It’s a pitty we didn’t get to chance to use the common areas, but we would recommend this place!

The resort seemed to have a lot of extra shops and bars. Easy to get to airport. The room was severely damp. Bed was disgraceful. One of those rooms in which you can't wait to wake up and leave!

This was such a cool hotel! We only got to stay one night, but I wish I could have spent a week there. The atmosphere was so cool! The room was clean, and the AC worked well (which is sooo important in Mexico). We loved this place. Like a little oasis in the city. The only things we didn't like were that the wifi password was not posted anywhere in the room, only at the front desk. So make sure you grab that before you head to your room. The other thing was that we were staying on a Sunday night and when we got there the girl at the desk told us the restaurant was open until 11. We got settled in our room and hung out for about an hour before we decided to go have dinner around 7, only to find out they close early on Sundays. If we had known that, we would have had dinner right away. We were exhausted and we didn't want to leave the hotel so it was a little frustrating to not have been given the right information.
