Pachamaya Holistic Wellness & Spa - Adults Only

It was a lovely property and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I only stayed one night passing through but would absolutely stay again.

The property felt balanced, on brand, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The layout felt airy and open with the pool being the center of the space. The dogs at the entrance being a familial welcoming feeling and so does the incense. The location also felt safe and central. Would have been nice to do yoga outside..

Loved everything

Clean, green, inviting. With very nice staff and a great pool. They let me stay a couple hours after check out. Would stay again. Prices for spa were a bit steep. Sadly I also couldn’t make it to their yoga or other classes either as I was only staying one night.

The pool was clean The staff were amazing, very warm and welcoming The hotel is located right on the street, so we had a lot of noise all day The water in the shower smelled really bad.

The check in staff was friendly, the lobby was cozy with incense burning. The yoga shala was lovely and offered a nice class. Bed was fine a little hard for me but typical for MX, bath products decent and everything was clean. I don’t have time for the pool but it looked nice too. Location is not very interesting but very convenient! The he front desk person said luggage storage and use of the showers by pool wa an option after check out since my flight left at 5pm. I didn’t realize the shower was outside with no privacy or soap or anything so just keep that in mind of you intend to explore and then return to prepare for an evening departure.

Beautifully furnished rooms. Lots of natural and refurbished materials. No tea kettle or coffee maker. No TV but I am ok with that.

Fabulous staff, florencia at front desk , Isabel massage therapist but in general everyone was exceptional

The water was incredibly stinky. We stayed 2 nights and had to rinse off the day in the outdoor shower/ pool because the smell was so bad. There’s a “hot tub” that never got hot because “the sun didn’t come out”. We came back to the room around 8pm one night and there was a class hosted right outside of our room- very loud.

The installations ! All the staff is awesome ! Special thanks to Roy and Alan, they were amazing either way our guests and our furry friends ? Absolutely nothing , everything was Perfecto !

The staff was excellent. I enjoyed my stay.

Rooms were very clean. They also offer breakfast which is great and delicious, and the staff in the restaurant are very very kind. One day we had to leave our room earlier before the breakfast was offered, they offered to prepare us the breakfast to-go, and even though they said they will make it a day before and put it in the fridge, when we picked it up at 6.30am, it was warm because they have freshly prepared it that morning for us which was a very pleasant surprise and just shows how much they care about their guests. Also, the location is great, close to everything, and in not super touristic part which is a bonus. We enjoyed a lot our stay, and would definitely stay again at the same place. Everything was great. Rooms are mininalistic, so might not be for everyone, but for us it wasn't any problem :)

Breakfast Very moldy room. Mold and scale in the bathroom and. The room smelled very bad - mold smell. However it was clean. Very noisy. You can hear everything from the road. We stayed for one night.

Great location! Close to excellent coffee shops and restaurants like Onda Cafe, Ixum, Wani and local shops! I really enjoyed Clau and Nicole’s yoga classes and America’s sound baths! Chamana a jungle like cafe is next door with excellent coffee, tea and juice options. If you stay at Pachamaya you can pay 250$ for a set breakfast. Chakramaya is their holistic spa. They provide massages, acupuncture, cupping, facials and other alternative therapies like bio magnetism. They advertise it be a wellness space however the Saturday yoga/pilates class was canceled without any notice. I think they can put a little more effort in having the yoga space organized, especially the outdoor space. There are tables and chairs that make the set up awkward. Also please provide mat cleaner and wipes so mats and blocks can be properly sanitized after each use. I stayed for a week so it would have been nice to have a mini fridge. There is a space for it however my room didn’t have one. I was also surprised there was no safe. My room faced the street which inevitably meant noise, perhaps some attention to this but can’t really be avoided.

Staff and breakfast was lovely. Pictures exaggerate was this place is like, was put in a room across the street and not within main building. Walking distance to bus terminal. Rooms and facilities look tired. No body soap for shower, big bottles of shampoo/conditioner that must of been shared across number of guests between stays. Wouldn’t not have booked if I knew I was staying across the street.

The hotel is safe and clean. The room was very huge, I liked the big bed and the nice view from my window. The pool was quiet just as the hotel was, it’s amazing for chilling and resting your mind after a stressful period. The staf is very nice and friendly. They propose many courses ( yoga / pilates ), I unfortunately had no time to try it but this is a great idea ! unfortunately I had no refrigerator in my room, my water was warm and the fruits I bought have rotten fast. The staff told me that they would provide at least a bottle of drinkable water everyday but I only had it the first day. The big pool wasn’t clean every time.

We stayed here at the end of our 2 week trip for just one night but it was an extremely good option for us before catching our flight the next morning. The room had everything we needed and the staff were exceptionally friendly - even letting us use the facilities when we had a late flight the day of our check out. The location of the hotel is also very close to the bus station if you are arriving via the ADO bus. Nothing - the hotel had everything we needed at this point in time
