Delicious breakfast with a variety of Mexican dishes each day and made to order omelets. Staff friendly. Excellent location. Very roomy. My daughter lost her purse and the staff returned it with everything in place. Thank you! Had to ask.for wash clothes each day. Only placed 1 or none in bathroom.

Excellent I like everything no complaints

Me gustó que es grande la piscina y limpio No me gustó para nada eso que no tenga teléfono cuando uno necesita algo tiene un número de WhatsApp que nunca contestan uno escribe y nunca contestan necesite unas cosas en algún momento y no nada ese servicio me pareció súper malo es lo único mal que tiene el hotel.

The breakfast I liked everything

Location. We saw some ants lined up at the bottom corner and one gecko on the wall in the wash room.

No major problems noted.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff exceed our expectations in kindness and professionalism. Maybe having a restaurant or cafeteria available instead of the pool bar only.

The breakfast and the atmosphere

Excellent buffet breakfast. Beautiful building. Great gym. Very friendly staff. Stairs leading into the pool are a great amenity for the elderly, but they need to finish the job by adding a handrail. People who need stairs also need a handrail starting at the top before stepping unto the first step in the water. If they just add this one simple item this hotel would be perfect.

I love everything about the hotel and location. Breakfast was amazing. There’s a coffee service 24/7 available. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. nothing.

What we didn't like were the pillows because they were hard and not very soft, that's the only complaint I would say that I have. Other than that we like the place and will come back again!

The property was very well maintained, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room had a very comfortable king size bed, and great water pressure from the shower. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of choices. The location is within walking distance of numerous places for dinner. This was our second stay at the property. Our first stay two weeks previous was very peaceful and pleasant which is why we booked a second stay before flying home. Upon arrival, we checked into our room and realized it did not have a balcony that was requested upon booking. Rather disappointing as we like to sit and have our morning coffee out on a balcony. I went to the front desk and was told they were completely full and to check back at 10:00 in the morning. At 10:00 I was told to come back at 3:00 to see if they had a different room available. We opted not to repack our luggage and change rooms, as we had only one more day. So more of a disappointment than a dislike.

Excellent Breakfast. No reply received to our earlier request for a room with a fridge and balcony. On arrival they said nothing available, even though we saw the hotel was NOT sold out. For a 6th time repeat customer this was very disappointing.

Excellent breakfast Good beds Beautiful building Very good that there are steps into the pool (not just the normal ladders), but lack of a handrail at waist height beside the steps renders the steps useless. Installing a handrail at waist height would be a simple solution, and would make this hotel uniquely outstanding, especially for seniors.
