The food!

Everything was perfect, the rooms are very clean. The bed very comfortable and the room location was excellent. Very closed to the hotel zone and closed to the airport and the Isla Mall. The room had a microwave very convenient and a nice balcony was worth the price.

Staff was excellent, suite was large and well equipped, free shuttle to other hotel zone hotels is not well known but a nice extra. A great stay over for in transit but nothing is around the hotel to see or do by walking.

Our room and out in the hallway smelled musty.

It was the cheapest available in the hotel zone at short notice. Front desk was chaotic and time consuming to navigate. Having to put down a deposit for pool towels was annoying. Front desk payment methods were a mess. Cards sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. The little store front had very few items.

Soft bed and spacious. Also found a great restaurant on water 3 minutes walk but take pesos! Not close to anything. Pictures are deceiving. Also they make it difficult to get towels for the pool. The breakfast was ok.

We chose this hotel because it was inexpensive and met our needs. But it was cheap: no second room key; no creamers for the in-room coffee; and no accommodation for breakfasts for 6:30 AM departures (two days)

Excellent 3 star hotel at reasonable rates, but with excellent breakfast included, two rooftop pools with sea views; okay gym with cardio machines that work well. Clean. Staff helpful and available. Excellent security. No beach access--you have to take a cab or one way hotel shuttle that runs only Wednesday to Sunday if you want beach. The location is far from restaurants or entertainment or shopping. The lobby offers only unhealthy snacks. Lunch menu very limited

Mold, floor wasn’t mopped even after requesting service. No instructions in room for electric range, in Spanish or English. Concierge is just an employee for booking a tour; and showed up whenever she wanted. Breakfast was OK. Bacon and sausage, none.

Clean room and friendly staff. Good location, close to the airport and hotel zone. If you don’t have a car, the location doesn’t work for you.

We loved the size of the room! The flooring was lifting. Our patio overlooked the parking lot.

My garbage wasn't taken out everyday. They didn't replenish my wash cloths... BUT!!! minor stuff to complain about.

Awesome service from staff!! Restaurant food could improve a lot

We had a great stay at Residence Inn by Marriott Cancun. The room was comfortable, very clean, and spacious enough for our family (a couple with two kids). The location is also excellent, with a short and easy drive to the airport. We would definitely stay here again. One thing we didn’t like as much was that the pool restaurant only serves fast-food style meals, with limited options. That is the only restaurant in the hotel, besides the breakfast.

Location, view to the sea, spacious room and the terrace with a fantastic view around to the lagoon and the sea. Breakfast could be tastier with more vegan/vegetarian options. The same goes for the upper terrace, very few vegan options. And maybe keeping it open until 10pm on the weekends.

The cleanliness was truly remarkable. The breakfast was cold and the options were pretty bad.
