The property was clean and comfortable but over all the personal treated us very well. The person that took our luggage to our room was very courteous his name was Misael. He made us feel at home. We had two different waiters at breakfast by the names of Rene and Ramon. One day we went to Xcaret we left real early and we asked Rene if we could get sack lunch since we weren’t having breakfast at the hotel. He made sure we got our sack lunch and the next day took time to ask us if they had our sack lunch ready. When we left there was a gentleman by the name of Jesus and he helped us with our luggage also very kind. Everyone was very kind and caring.

The staff we’re all great. Really enjoyed all of our interactions. The food and drinks were good. Nothing major that I didn’t like. Overall cleanliness was good but could use some deep cleaning, especially in the bathroom shower where you could see mold growing in the vents.

No drink service near the new pools

The size of the property, the fit and finish, the food, the inflexibility on rooms when it’s the slow season.

The staff provided a warm welcome upon arrival and already knew our names, which made check-in feel more personal. The food at the sports bar was excellent, and our server, Angel, was especially friendly, attentive, and provided great service throughout our visit. We were also pleased to see that the hotel made efforts to clean up the sargassum on the beach, which helped keep the shoreline enjoyable. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining our room each day by making the bed, cleaning the bathroom, and providing fresh towels. While we had several concerns about the hotel, there were certainly positive aspects of the stay, particularly the room, the service, and the efforts of the housekeeping and beach maintenance staff. This hotel was advertised as an all-inclusive resort, but it was not all-inclusive at all. One major issue was payment: we brought cash expecting it to be accepted on-site, but the hotel only allows card payments. On top of that, we were required to pay a $200 environmental fee at check-in, even though we had already booked and paid online before our stay. The air conditioning was disappointing and would not go below 16°C, so the room never felt properly cool. We would wake up sweating in the middle of the night. We also found sand in both the room and on the balcony, which made it feel unclean and poorly maintained. Another frustrating part of the experience was being forced to use the bellhop service. We would have preferred to carry our own luggage, but that was not allowed, and we then felt obligated to tip as well as the bellhop did not leave until we tipped him. The breakfast buffet did offer a wide variety of options, but unfortunately the quality and taste of the food were not good. Overall, the hotel did not match the expectations set by its “all-inclusive” description, and several policies and extra costs made the stay feel inconvenient and misleading.

Good location in the Hotel Zone. Right across from La Isla Shopping Mall and close to nice restaurants. Room was nice and the facilities are very good also. Breakfast was okay but could offer better selection.
-
Its ok but too old already , the rooms require renovation , the facilities in general and the menu for the bar is very limited and the good is not great , at least to give more variety , it’s my second tine there. I liked the location though and took service was quick We did check in and the system was down, we didn’t have a key until day 2 of our stay ,the amount of time during the check in listening to the sales pitch when we were tired from the plane was too long but I get they need to sell packages. In general it was the same as 8 years ago that I was there even the bar menu and everything very expensive.

Its location. Different pools. Access to a clean beach. Nice rooms. The food at the restaurants was disappointing, with only two options available. I was also unhappy with the additional taxes and fees added by the hotel, which nearly doubled the original booking price. Another frustrating experience was at check-in, when they asked me to authorize a hold for a certain amount on my card. However, at checkout, they charged even more without informing me, and it took over a week for the extra funds to be returned. Overall, the lack of transparency with pricing and charges left a negative impression.

Excellent hotel!

The pools, the first line beach, the good cleaning The room was too far from the reception and the store prices were too high, like the whole Cancun hotel area in general
