Loved the pool and the onsite beachfront restaurant. Loved the cold AC Toilet required several flushes.

Restaurant, very rude staffs and the manager refused service just because i have a small bottle water on my hand. (No food or drink policy) so I put the bottle water, emptied at this point. He dragged service n made us wait 1 hr. No one there.

The sheets were dirty with stains each day

Hi I paid a security deposit for my room when I checked in on Jan 21 and upon checking out on Jan 24 they checked my room and I was told the amount would be put back on my account and I am checking now and I was not reimbursed. Please advise asap. Thx Marnie Hayes

Old school great family atmosphere amongst staff & balcony, pool, sea combo

The staff was not friendly, took a deposit of 159 Canadian and hasn’t credited it back to my card.

The price shown online was not the final price. I was hit with unexpected fees at check-in, including extra charges The process felt misleading and unprofessional. What was advertised did not match reality, and customer service was no help

The fact that I forgot my cell phone in the room and they lied about stating they didn’t find it when the location pins to the room I was at the airport I couldn’t return back or would have lost my flight I call them and they stated according to them they check the cameras and the phone and nothing was found which I know it’s a lie very disappointed just remember you stay here and forget anything you won’t be getting it back because we also left a sweater that didn’t have a value to it so that didn’t matter much but they also continued to lie about it saying they didn’t find it there and I’m 1000% sure it was left there.

The view only 1.bathroom breaks down every pee 2. Room smells like ? and very humid there’s lots of fruit fly we got bit by them 3 . The guy a the restaurant was more worried about the tip than if we needed a glass of water or something he wrote on the recipe how much he wanted it to be tip like ok I’m a server I know I’m going to tip you !!!!! 4 the room wasn’t we were choosing but we decided be out most the time so we justt once enjoyed the pool

My stay at the BSEA Hotel was overall fine, but one policy really stood out in a negative way. The hotel does not allow food deliveries from outside restaurants to your room. This was inconvenient, especially after a long day when I just wanted something quick and different to eat. While I understand there may be reasons for this rule, it would be much more guest-friendly to allow deliveries or at least offer a more flexible option. Because of this, I would think twice before staying here again.

We loved the infinity pool and bar/restaurant. There’s also a smaller pool overlooking the property above the restaurant where they give massages and you can order a drink and relax in a more private setting, which was really enjoyable.

Pool is clean and inviting Restaurant has good food and service was OK I was looking for the massage lady for 2 to 3 hours. She wasn't around and nobody cared I was looking for her. You haven't done any maintenance to the bed frames. We didn't have lights in the fan neither we had lamps. I am just learning that WIFI supposed to be paid. No wonder we didn't have wifi connexion. HORRIBLE for this time when technology is 100% available.

I like the beds, lights and the fact that the smart TV actually worked. The location anp proximity to oxxo was perfect. The hotel is creepy. It's not the cleanest but also not dirty, just dingy. The towels are extremely thin, like rip when you use them thin. There were no sponges to wash dishes but a note that says "washing your dishes isn't included with your stay".

I liked the location, the beach, the pool and free parking. The conditions of the property are unsafe. We had a broken window, that allow the dust from outside come inside the room. The restroom doesn’t count with a window or fan, so the smell is terrible when you use the restroom. The air conditioning was in bad shape. The room was dirty and the overall conditions of the facility are bad.

The room I had, neither of the doors, Juliet balcony or entry doors did not lock properly, BIG security concern for a senior female, Kitchen did not have a coffee pot or kettle, no cloth to wash dishes, microwave interior was totally rusted, The beds were old with little padding left and the smell of sewer gasses was awful. No telephone in the room so to contact the reception to get assistance with the TV, which still didn't work after batteries were replaced, I had to go down three flights of stairs or wait for an elevator that you weren't sure was safe! Not great for anyone who has any kind of disability. I spent one night and left after paying for seven! No accomodation for loss of funds were offered. I had to pay for another facility for the balance of my trip. Very poor maintenance of this hotel. Would not recommend for anyone to stay there. Buyer Be Aware.

Not enough beach beds they need to get more

The location is very good, with beautiful views of the ocean. Property is deteriorating and not very clean. They never sweep the stairs.

The elevator was out and the stairs were not clean. Dust ins on each floor were not closed so smell bad
