Suites Brisas Cancun

Excellent location. Kitchen had everything. Nice pool and beautiful beach. The restaurant is simple but good. Good hot water. Close to the bus stop. We chose this apartment as it was the most practical option for two bedrooms for our family (2 adults and a small child). We found it quite expensive given that everything was more worn that the photos suggest. The beds had poor quality and very worn mattress toppers. The front bedroom was for our child, who woke up at night multiple times from cars. A better window could help with noise.

It was clean and well stocked. No real complaints other than the furniture could use a refresh.

The owner was helpful, and the suite was as advertised. Secure and quiet, which was appreciated. Slightly musty smell, which is very common in this area for suites that are closed for stretches. The beds were very firm, which is not my preference. Otherwise comfortable.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! — Unsafe and Possibly Involved in a Robbery I never thought I would have to write a review like this, but what happened during my stay is unacceptable and deeply unsettling. On the second-to-last night of our stay, my two friends and I went out for dinner. When we returned, we found our apartment door wide open. We immediately called the security guard and then contacted the owner — neither of them were helpful in the slightest. To access the apartment, you need a code, and there were no signs of forced entry. The fact that the door was intact, and only the owner (and us) had the code, raised immediate red flags. What made it worse was the owner’s complete lack of concern or reaction — almost as if she knew exactly what had happened. We are three young women traveling alone, and it felt like we were deliberately targeted. The building had security cameras, but conveniently, the only person who could access the footage was the building administration — and they’re only available Monday through Friday. This happened Saturday night, and we were flying out Monday morning, making it impossible for us to get any answers. After this traumatic event, I decided to look deeper into the property and discovered a review from 2023 describing the exact same thing: someone getting robbed in the apartment with no forced entry and no support from the owner. I was shocked that this property is still listed and that no measures have been taken to prevent this from happening again. I am currently in contact with Booking.com to report the incident. I truly hope they take this matter seriously and reconsider keeping this listing on their platform. This place is not safe. I don’t recommend it to anyone, especially women traveling alone

The appartement is nicely decorated and spacious for our family of 4. The pans for cooking have been greatly damaged and need to be replaced.

The host, Lidia was very kind and she reacted immediately to the messages. She also provided information on sightseeing and others. Thank you Lidia for hosting us.

Close to the beach plus swimming pools for kids and adult. They have small shop you can get coffee or breakfast. Bus goes to downtown if front of the brisas easy take the R2 to downtown Cancun. Nothing.

The apartment was well fitted out. It was clean and had plenty of items included like garbage bags, paper towels. The pool was great and it was close to to the sea. There is an Oxxo very close by, which was handy. It would be helpful to have some basics like sugar and coffee included.

Though it does not impact directly the quality but house interior and show pieces need a bit of work. that will add value to the overall feel of the property. Just a suggestion !

The Suite was nice and clean. Was a bit dated.

If the beds are improved, the bathroom sometimes goes down and sometimes you don't have to do it twice.

The apartment was as advertised and very clean. The condo facility is great, with a beautiful pool and beach, with security at both gates. The little cafe/store is excellent and we got breakfast and coffee in there every day. Everyone in there is so nice, and welcoming. The exterior is a bit weather-beaten and could use some maintenance. Inside the unit was a little older than expected, and lacked a comfortable place to sit and relax. It was either sit on your bed or sit at a table. We did not spend a ton of time inside so it wasn’t a problem, but may be for others.

I liked the location of the property - southern area of the Hotel Zone. Quieter and steps from the beach and ocean! The only issue we had was that the Uber app often didn’t get the location of the property correct on return trips. Once we figured out what was going on, we were able to help our Uber driver get to the correct location.

The suite I booked was perfectly ? clean and cozy. It had a kitchen with all the essentials you may need. The only problem we had was with the noisy neighbors, but there were no issues with the location. Bus stops right in front of the loby to get around the zone. This condominium was the most affordable I found online on the hotel zone, and I was extremely happy to have stayed here with my family. The beach view is beautiful here as well with a nice pool. Response with any questions was extremely quick, which was much appreciated. no gym. The shower ? water can get extremely hot, so you need to take extra precautions. The room is faced toward the main street so you can hear traffic all night. It didn't bother me as much as it did to my husband.
