Cyan Cancun Resort & Spa

Our room was super nice. The private hot tub was fun. The view was amazing. The place has an infinity pool that serves you drinks while you are swimming. The beachfront was great. You could swim in the ocean all day and then watch sea turtles dig holes to lay eggs at night. There was a city bus that ran right past the front of the hotel, so getting places was easy. All this for 130 USD per night. I almost didn't stay here because of the bad reviews, but I'm glad I ignored them. I don't know what these people are complaining about. If you want extreme luxury, pay more and go somewhere else. This place offers a taste of Cancun beach resort life at an affordable price. We had a wonderful time. While it was nice to have an on site restaurant, the food was a little bland and there weren't many options. It was okay for a quick meal when you don't feel like going out, but I wouldn't want to eat every meal there for an extended period of time. Keep that in mind if you're looking at the all-inclusive options.

La ubicación es muy buena El personal está muy desorganizado. Constantemente estaban preguntando a qué habitación pertenecía , me hicieron sentir incómoda en varias ocasiones cuestionando si tenía habitación en el lugar . El baño de la habitación goteaba agua del techo y tenía malos olores.

So bad internet , not so clean

The highlights of our stay were the pool with the stunning ocean views, and the chance to see turtles during their nesting season. The waitresses were also exceptionally friendly and welcoming, The rooms had visible black mold and an unpleasant smell. The shower only had cold water, and the sink was clogged. The shampoo and conditioner provided were of very poor quality. The facilities are quite outdated, at night very loud, and the floor becomes wet easily. The internet connection is also very slow.

It’s also a share apartment. It’s not just a hotel it’s also a condo . Which it leads to be unsafe

We loved the location. We had some issues with the shower.

It was a dirty room that I paid 400 America money for.

The only thing I liked is it did match the pictures We ended up having to cancel and leave early and they refused to give us a refund. We had to leave because a man would not stop following and harassing us. We told staff and nothing was done about it so we end up having to leave we would like a refund.

The view from the balcony Good breakfast but expensive The facility is outdated fells like an old motel. The staff at the reception is not friendly and the service at the restaurant is slow.

The pool is nice, access to the beach is nice. The restaurant has good food, and Noe is great. They advertise all-inclusive; when you select it, it never shows on your booking. The price increased by $62 a night when I chose this, yet booking.com and the property state I had no “meal plan”.

Charge for every little thing I thought I lost my key they tried to charge me I got a small stain on the towel I got charged but didn’t get to keep the towel. The bell staff were very helpful but the front desk wasn’t that pleasant The facility was great

Great location and views It could use a refresh. Paint and fixtures look weathered. Wished for free coffee in the morning or really good coffee if I had to pay. Also there’s a lack of outlets for charging phones etc.
