We booked for family apartment but the lift was not working. For the same amount we were instead given imperial room which was almost 8k less but the hotel did not adjust the same. Behaviour of Hotel Manager was not at all transparent. Rooms that were given in exchange were cheaper but we were not given the balance amount

The rooms were decently sized. Good amenities. Breakfast could have been better. Overall staff particular at night was not responsive and had delays in getting the complementary beers and wifi

Breakfast was good, the rooms remain wet due to the rainy season, the pool was clean. the bed was not very comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. Location is not one of the best. The room furniture and room upholstery needs to be changed/upgraded

Commods are full of stairs. Lift is not maintained Well I mean the aesthetic part of lift. The worst part of the hotel is attitude of staff they expect you to check out ASAP and even if the rooms are available they don't hand over the keys before checking time. Plus other guests who came late got the keys earlier than us. Bellboy was very casual and not at all bothered about his work. They are very lazy in terms of room preparation and the floors are wet while we came in. I mean the worst part was the check in.

The property is very well maintained & clean. The swimming pools are especially well maintained & clean. Tapan was very helpful looking at kids in the pool. There is a baby pool & a big pool, there is also a 3rd pool. Room size is also big & nice. Housekeeping needs improvement, a bit slow. It is a few 100m away from the main Candolim beach road.

Breakfast was too good with lot of varieties. Worth it. Should have provided shower gel, body wash and shampoo on a daily basis as it finishes after one wash.
