A special mention goes to Mr. Ayanal at the reception, who was extremely courteous, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. His polite attitude and willingness to assist with every request made our experience even more pleasant. He ensured a smooth check-in and was always approachable whenever we needed anything. Overall, La Estoria Hotel offers a great combination of comfort, hospitality, and a family-friendly atmosphere. We would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling with kids and look forward to visiting again.

Gym could be better. Shuttle to beach could be more frequent. Shuttle from beach could be nice! Pool cN get overcrowded

Good staff. Decent restaurant and breakfast. Overcrowded and horribly noisy. NOT a five star. Room was okay but two single beds squeezed together is not even worthy of three star! There was a very large, noisy group the entire time I was there that was allowed to dominate the common areas, pool, etc. They let children run and scream at all hours. Doors were slammed continuously. It felt like being at a college dorm on St Patty’s Day. Worst “five star” experience I have had. The mgt should be willing to rebate at least one of my three nights. I doubt if they will respond to my complaint. And don’t get a cab from the desk. They wanted 2940 INR to go to the airport and a cab from the street was 1500. A ride to Panjim cost me 800 and the desk wanted 1200 + tax.

Entire stay was great. Staff were friendly and assisted with arrangement local tours and "touristy" type advice. Check-in did take a little longer than expected, but it was not stressful.

GOA over Christmas was amazing.

Great breakfast, Candolim beach access with free shuttle. Staff friendly. Beautiful lobby with a charming character courtyard and large infinity pool. Good wifi. Boutique rather small size hotel that means limited options. Location right in middle of residential area, surroundings does not inspire even 3-star ambience.

Everything was well maintained and clean, staff was very cooperative, Rajendra and Diwakar from security were very cooperative and helpful

The room where I put up the switch wasn't great and it was flimsy. Also the lamp shade can use a good cleaning. I hated how people in the breakfast buffet loaded their plates and left so much of the food waste.

Everything lovely Nothing

We had such a lovely time staying at this resort as a family. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Sanjeev and Hizaan at the Front Desk were especially kind and helpful—they assisted us with local travel plans and always greeted us with a smile. The property itself is beautiful—neat, well-kept, and full of vintage charm. We loved the classic architecture and peaceful ambiance. It felt like a perfect blend of comfort and character. The food was another highlight! Chef Kamal and Sanjoy prepared a delicious buffet every day with a great mix of Indian and international dishes. Our kids found plenty to enjoy, and we looked forward to every meal. The pool was a hit with the whole family, and the kids especially loved their separate kids' pool. We also discovered an activity room on the third floor that’s great for families—lots of games and space to unwind together. A big plus: the resort clearly takes pest control seriously. We didn’t see a single mosquito during our stay, which made our time outdoors even more relaxing. Special thanks to Shubhanikar and the Housekeeping team for keeping our room spotless and cozy throughout. Everything was taken care of so well. We left with happy hearts and wonderful memories. I like specially pool it's vry long and cover vry beautiful area, and i specially like for hotel chef special chef mr Manoj he was carrying every time when we came at morning and dinner he came as asking for food . He prepared food for my 8 month old daughter all evry time and anything,, this property care for baby, it's worth full property. Vry spacious property...and very taste food made by chef mr Manoj.. Specially few categories room vry old
