Location of the hotel is very good !! - The staff of hotel appeared to be less efficient and looks confused. - Check in took 40 minutes - Check out was a mess too. - Zing hotel inside the Hotel is totally disappointing. - seepage smell inside rooms on ground floor.

I booked a swimming pool facing room for my 5 days stay with family. The swimming pool is clean and the restaurant has good food options.

The staff was really good and efficient, loved the breakfast spread, tea was the best special thanks to Mr shubham who made ginger tea at the breakfast area and that was the best!! The room cleanliness was not upto the mark. Expected better since i have stayed in Hyatt properties before as well.

Breakfast,hotel location, facilities like pool, children play area etc, beach access, courteous and helpful staff, valet parking. Pool chair/sofa vs Patio umbrella ratio should be improved. Should be 1:1.
