The location The behaviour of the owner was horrible. He did not accept credit cards and he did not confirm this before hand. Apart from that he did not even provide us the bill for our payment. He asked for 5% more tax even after charging us 22% GST already. The hotel's owner's behaviour is careless, and obnoxious. The rooms TVs did not work even after we requesting them. Toiletries and water bottle nothing were refilled by the staffs.

Staff is friendly and good. Everything , not cleaning, Not higinic . Very bad smell coming from bathroom. Water was not properly getting out from bathroom line. Not cleaning room , just making bad and that's it, no towel changing , not cleaning floor, I am having bathroom unfacility video.

Staffs were friendly cooperative and helpful. Location was also good. There was only complimentary breakfast for customers. No dinner and lunch can be ordered.

Great location, just few mins walk to Candolim beach. There are many good restaurants and retail outlets so one can just take a stroll. The owner of the Hotel (name: Rahil) was always available for any help and suggested some good restaurants for dinner. He would proactively keep checking whether one is having good time and whether its a comfortable stay. The breakfast menu is limited but it was good and specially I liked the Coffee. Most important thing is that the cost per night is very reasonable and value for money since you get all the basic amenities including very well maintained rooms and bathrooms. Just try for one night and am 100% sure you all will like it. Surely going to stay at this property in my next visit :) A swimming pool would have been an added advantage but if you are in Goa then it's all about beaches. You actually do not need a pool :) Also, would suggest to provide laundry services and more food options. Rest all was perfect!
