It's in a good location for most nearby stuff. Walked everywhere. Room had a bit of a smell, think it was the drains, so covered the sink plug up. The WiFi was appalling, the router was outside my room, and I could only get access sitting directly underneath it. I ended up using local bar WiFi when out, rather than use theirs.

Norhing We booked in advance like 3 months back and blocked the property at very great deal. Then after few days when their room tariff increased they are calling us and saying please cancel your booking as during your dates (29 Nov’25 to 04 Dec’25) renovations will be undergoing. When I called them from another number as prospective guess to book room they said rooms are available. Highly unprofessional.

Beach near the hotel and staff politely behaviour. One thing is most like they called once after booking and sent all the details on WhatsApp.

I loved our stay at the Resort. The location is just superb. Its a hop, skip and a jump to the beach. Romi, the hostess is so friendly and she interacts with all the clients. She arranged with the chef to make us some amazing breakfast. She is health conscious and she makes sure that the clients too are provided with healthy breakfasts. Her staff too are polite and helpful. I will definitely come back on a holiday here (maybe during the monsoons). I will also recommend this resort to our friends. Thank you Romi and team for helping us have an unforgettable stay at your place. Wishing you all the very best in the future. There is "nothing" that I didn't like at the resort. Everything was GOOD.

What excellent value for money - less than a minutes walk to the beach and the main shopping high street - we have been staying in Goa over the last 15 years and this was our first time at La Sea View - wish we had found it earlier ! Spotless room with friendly helpful staff - you are not paying for the Ritz so don't expect it but we will be returning to La Sea View when we next visit Goa ! Nothing to complain about whatsoever !

This is the best room at this rate in Goa I have stayed in, the Mattress was think, pillows bouncy and it had a very modern feel to it There wasn't really anything bad to say, the owner was present and could not do enough for us

Perfectly positioned for both the beach & local restaurants. The staff were excellent & very helpful at all times. We even ate in the evening a yummy fish curry & egg curry. Breakfast also top notch. Nothing

Very nice location next to the beach. Delicious and very rich breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace. The owner is a very nice lady who helped me find a driver and a car to go sightseeing and is generally taking very good care of the guests. Wonderful stay!

Close proximity to the beach. Room was spacious with good size bed. Great shower. Nice balcony with sea view. Breakfast good. Staff were lovely and Rumi made us very welcome. Would have liked the towels to be changed regularly, although when we asked we were given clean ones.

The staff was helpful and the room seemed clean at first, but it was on the 1st floor and cockroaches interrupted my stay a lot.

Location close to beach and main street but far enough away from the noise The view not great. Smell from adjacent restaurant. Not easy to find at first as next door hotel underconstruction same name.
