While the rooms were decent, I found the rates to be a quite high for the value provided. Perhaps some upgrades or additional amenities would have justified the cost.

Excellent Location - can walk straight onto the beach. Landscaping of the property also very nice. Breakfast was decent and it helped having a couple of restaurant options on site. Value for money .. bit on the expensive side.

The rooms/toilet were good. The rooms with pool view are good. The gym is reasonably well equipped for a hotel this size. The pool is nice but pool timings are not great - opens at 8:00 am, breakfast time. The beach is a minute's walk and has some nice shacks for food and drinks. All staff were super polite and helpful. The breakfast was below average, especially for westerners. Bacon/sausages have to be ordered at the live station, else not available/visible. The restaurant is also too small for the capacity of the hotel. Gets crowded and you have to wait for a table for brekfast The pricing for the stay is high, almost at 5 star rates. Goa Miles (local Uber/Ola) cabs can't enter the place so you have to take a cab from the taxi mafia at their exit gate which is almost double the rate. The hotel will say that they have no control over this but it's obvious that they are complicit in this racketby having a cab stand at their exit gate Be extra careful when paying your final bill - their accounting is atrocious! I got hit for someone else's room service and had to ask for a refund of the excess amount charged

loved the pool, cleanliness and the location of the property. Staff was very helpful. breakfast was average, can be a lot better. and the dining space as quite small, given the number of people in the room.
