Very poor property according value, No Breakfast. Overall very bad experience. Old hotel with no hygiene, no cleanliness.

Property is very good and very convinent location. No good network no wifi connection should provide shower cap bcoz there is only shower facility available as there is no bucket provided even they dont have their proper parking facilities.

The Resort is looking Awesome and very near to the Beach.Good Ambience. They are no front office staff.we did check in by a room boy.They was no staff when we check out.Still they don’t know when we check out.

Except the location was nothing good. there was no Hot water, hell lot of mosquitos and no solution was provided for it. No TV LED was in my room and then after complaining 5-6 times they said they will arrange once there is any checkout, so out of my 4 day stay, 2 days i have to be without TV, No fridge service as it was mentioned at the time of booking. Wi-Fi doesn't work at all , Poor Breakfast and staff was like this is what it is and we cannot help you apart from this.

It's nothing as advertised, pool was a mess, looked like it wasn't cleaned for a long time. There was no hot water available in the bathroom, no basic toiletries were provided, inadequate number of towels, blankets, pillows were provided. Staff disturbed us twice during the stay for petty furniture work inside our room.

Nothing except that its close to the candolim beach.apart from this there is no point to stay here. The resort and rooms are not as in the photos shown on booking.com. The facilities are not at all worthy. There is pungent cigarette smell along the corridors. AC doesnt have a remote. The bed is not at all good.The pool is not under maintainence and the water is green with algae.
