Grande Ave Maria Resort

I like the hospitality and the location, the only problem was room was a little mouldy due to the monsoon. Water pressure in the bathroom is so, so good. Overall, we had an amazing stay, and I will recommend it if you want to be closer to the beach; it was also a pretty quiet neighbourhood considering it's close to a commercial beach. Maybe just the room smells mouldy, but also it was a monsoon stay. The rooms do need a little more maintenance, and daily housekeeping wasn't there.

Good location for beach, bars and shops, freindly and helpful staff, building a little dated and tired, bed very comfortable and room very clean. Overall good value for the money paid

The staff were second to none

The location was exactly where we wanted to be. The room was clean. Staff were all polite. Outside was not like the pictures. No sunbeds around the pool. No bar area just a fridge in reception that was stocked with beer if you asked. Kept our clothes in suitcases as there was only a small wardrobe and 3 coathangers. (It would be a good idea to put shelves inside to utilise the space ?).

very good location. The only downside in the first week was the crappy wifi, but!!!!! then they brought wifi extenders to every room with pool view...(I can't comment on the other rooms.) after that evenings were very nice I had no other complaints, non. If they could pay the IPTV fee, you could watch TV too, but that's not a big problem. Smart TV in room, watch everything else from youtobe to whatever

perfect location close to the beach and quiet with a nice pool and access to local resorts. some electrical sockets did not work

No breakfast The photos is totally a lie. It doesn't have a parking. 4 wheeler can not pass even near to it. And room have lot of odder smell. Wall have dumpness all over it. Very old property

Very caring staff... Really helpful as I fell sick they tried helping me any way they could The property is not great. Can be better for sure. Especially curtains were very light n were kind of see through. Toiletries were not good.

Great location, close to Candolim beach but not in the 'beach street', close to restaurants and shops. The room was clean, water, tea, coffee in the room, everyday cleaning, good pool. Free breakfast was really good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. After check-out we had problem with the pre-ordered taxi (it has not arrived) and they helped us to find another driver asap to catch our flight. It was life saver, so thank you very much!
