There was nothing that i could recommend as good apart from it was close by the candolim Beach and Main road Paint peeled off in many places,cockroaches in the Bed... Charging extra after booking ... And not abiding by what they promised .. swimming pool is a kids pool

Nothing it’s not a hotel it’s a boarding school with long list of rules and regulations. Room, Bathroom, Bedsheets , towel, staff behaviour, extra charges on cc payments.

nothing just the location very unhygienic place, cockroaches were pouring out from everywhere, very poor service and poor parking space

Food was nice, rooms were okay Staffs didn’t treat well, especially not allowing visitors to enter into rooms. I have been to Goa several times, but this was my worst experience ever in any part of India. They don’t know how to treat their guests. They don’t have a good approach to visitors entering into their premises. This was least expected from them. I will never comeback or recommend anyone to this place.

Great staff, Manoj @ reception was very nice. Very friendly staff , food is good, the pool side restaurant adds to the overall experience specially during rains.

The hotel is good and well maintained, the room size is quite extensive and spacious, the Candolim beach is just 5 min walk from the hotel, the staff is so cooperative they help me to find out near tourist spots, the food is so good, the breakfast was delicious. Recommended to all please visit with your family and friends, it's near to market.

The break fast was very good. We loved their allo paratha and masala omlette Balony having warm air coming from ac unit

this property has one of the best location and access to the restaurants, beach and supermarket which is located in candolim. there was no greetings, no maintenance and very poor service. the food had no varieties, imagine eating same food everyday?! no toiletries, or cleaning room services were available , no complimentary water was given excepti the first day of my stay.
